Property was fine. When we got to the property early (before check in at 4) we were told we could check in early that we would be in Q. No txt. Called around 2. Never placed on a list. They took more info. Again txt when ready. 4 pm regular check in. Went to desk. Checked in and staff did not have my info again. Email etc. She then handed me my room key. She was not friendly at all. No welcome, no what are amenities where, about their on site restaurant, check out time, indoor pool, etc. I had to ask if our transaction was done so we could walk away. She said yea. Got to our room....key did not work. Went back down to check in desk.....felt like it was a problem we were there. Took our card ...... picked up another scanned it and handed us another....no sorrys, no please enjoy your stay. My husband and i were very unhappy.

Only bad parts were the shower was a little messed up. The water would still come out of the tub spout when you switched to shower and it messed with the pressure. Also the blinds on the sliding glass door were broken at the top.

Great stay~
Other than it taking 3 requests to replace the broken keurig in our room over the course of 2 days, it was actually GREAT! We really had a good time and enjoyed the comfortable bed and room kitchenette, beautiful pool area outside and clean. Parking was ample and we were walking distance from Dunkin, Skye Bar, Dead Freddies and other fun buisnesses,
