Nice Place with Fast Responses with Management
Me and my girlfriend stayed here from June 5th to June 12th. When we first arrived, there was sand on the couch, black mold in the vents, a strand of hair on top of the TV set, and the handle to the refrigerator was broken.
A day after I notified management about this, they sent people early the next day and cleaned the condo again. I was still a little concerned about the black mold in the vents because they weren’t able to clean out all of the mold out of the vents, but they cleaned most of it. They need to put in new vent covers if they haven’t already done so. Despite all of this, we were very pleased with the fast response of this situation.
Another downfall of this condo is the Wi-Fi. The only Wi-Fi you can get in the condo is the guest Wi-Fi, which doesn’t work. The owner needs to invest in putting Wi-Fi in the condo.
The condo could use some updates. But if you only care about having the amazing beachfront view to wake up to every morning, they you’re good.
The game room on the top floor needs improvement. The games were outdated and there were no cue sticks for the pool tables.
To summarize our stay, I would rate this condo 3.5 out of 5 stars. This condo just needs more attention with cleaning and private Wi-Fi. Other that, we enjoyed our stay at Golden Sands.
