Spacious and immaculate, this 1st floor, 2 BR/2 Ba accommodates 8, and is just 50 steps to the beach/ and outdoor pool. The condo has a full kitchen, with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The property also has central a/c, free WiFi and cable, 3 flat screen TV's/ 3 DVD players, and a balcony that overlooks the pool. The building has parking for 2 cars, an outdoor pool with a kiddie pool and outside shower. Centrally located and close to restaurants, nightlife, and amusements. The property is non smoking, and no pets are allowed. Owner will do group rentals for 5/31 and 6/7th only, with a $1000 security deposit. Every other week is for families only, with a $300.00 security deposit. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Great location, convenient parking, pool open 10-10, management answered our call very timely, I’m glad we were on the 1st floor because of all the steps! Kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, good AC unit! Will consider staying here again.

Nice ocean family condo
In general this condo had everything we needed, 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, cookware, etc. There are also puzzles and games in the closet with a plethora of pillows. It was close to the beach and across the street from a Fractured Prune. It wasn't the cleanest (sand and dirt in the books and crannies) when we first got there but there are plenty of supplies to clean with. The biggest concern was the street noise and light as it is a first floor condo and right by the main road. Really only a problem in the weekends when the traffic was high. Great place to stay in OCMD

Perfect vacation
The place was amazing. We brought extra things from home such as sheets, towels, seasonings etc. We didn’t need any of It. They had everything covered from beach toys, towels, pots pans, games, dvds, and so much more. Will definitely book again.
