Let’s start by saying that going into this, I knew it wasn’t going to be the best place to stay judging on past reviews. With that being said, my husband and I literally just wanted a place to rest our heads at night and to take a shower. Check in was confusing because you have to walk half a block down to another hotel property to do so. At check in, we discussed extending our stay two more nights with the property manager. She gave us an outrageous price for two more days (more than double what we had already paid for 3 nights/4 days), but we decided to just go ahead and book it. Fast forward two more days and we realized that the tag in our window (for parking) still had the original date on it. Went back and spoke to the woman at the front desk and she said she wasn’t sure what happened but to talk to the manager in the morning about it. We returned in the morning to again no manager and this young man gave us a new price of $250 more for the same two nights that we were supposed to be given and was told by him that he could not honor that price but to again come back in the morning and speak to the manager. When we went back in the morning for the 3rd time, the office was locked and we decided to start looking other places, to which we found a beautiful ocean front room on the boardwalk that was double the size, for hundreds of dollars less.
The rooms are VERY small, with a VERY small bathroom and not very clean. Door could easily be broken in to and paper thin walls.
