ā€˜The Banyan Beach Houseā€™ is a great holiday house or retreat for couples or families.
A clean, very well presented 4 bedroom holiday home, with a bright fresh atmosphere.

The house is a 3 min drive to the local Beach, a 5 min walk to the Market Place shopping center and a 10 min walk to the Bellarine Aquatic and Sports Centre.

Inside, the home is spacious, comfortable and well equipped with 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 separate living area's with Smart TV's and a table tennis table in the Garage. The 4th bedroom also has a TV and PlayStation. There are 2 split system air conditioners, fans and a cozy wood fire for winter months.

The house is split level with the master bedroom and a large living area upstairs.

A fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and large dining table will let you entertain for 8 people.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, large walk in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom 2 has a king bed, which can be separated to 2 singles if required.
Bedroom 3 has a bunk with a double bottom and single top.
Bedroom 4 has a sofa bed, large TV and a PlayStation for the kids

The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

There is a heated outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt after a day at the beach.

3 outdoor sitting areas are provided, including a large under cover patio with gas bbq.

Secure undercover parking for 2 cars and space for additional 2 cars off street as well.

As the property is in a quiet street amongst permanent residents, we don't allow schoolies or large party type bookings.

We are strictly non-smoking and do not allow pets.

If you have any particular needs that are not described please ask us on your booking request form and we will try our best to oblige.

Perfect property for a large group. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to hang about in, with lots of things to keep the children entertained. Loved having a cafe around the corner for a morning coffee while Woolies was only a 5 minute walk away. And a welcome gift is always appreciated. only a 5 minute walk a2ay.

Very Comfortable - great for families
Very comfortable for family and grandparents. Plenty of room and comfy beds. Property and garden beautifully maintained. Great TVs! Property in excellent condition and kitchen well stocked with utensils etc. Only small issue is that you need to drive to the beach - not easy walking distance - but easy to get there by car. We will stay again!

Just perfect!
What a lovely home away from home. We stayed the weekend with another family. It was very comfortable for two small families. Open plan kitchen dining, 3 living areas with TVs. Heaps of out door space area to bbq, for kids to have fun - with table tennis and - adults to have their own space too - nice garden area to have a stroll. Super clean and tidy with just the right amount and type of decor so you donā€™t have to worry too much about ā€˜stuffā€™. The spa was a treat! Shops super close and new yummy cafe literally 5 minutes away for a much needed coffee! Did I forget the beach? Amazingly beautiful and quiet this time of year - we pretty much had it to ourselves. Hosts were lovely! Highly recommend.

A lovely home away from home
We really enjoyed our stay - the house was terrific, loved the various living areas inside and out (particularly the light-filled parents retreat upstairs), great quality appliances. The table-tennis option was a bonus too!

Family getaway
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house was clean and well equiped. The kids enjoyed playing table tennis, PS4 and board games/puzzles that were available. Decor of the house was modern, bedding was comfy and the garden lovely and well kept. Fire place was great. Anthony was responsive, friendly and accommodating. It was an extremely comfortable and well presented home that suited the needs of the whole family.
We had an excellent time in Ocean Grove and Trish and Anthonyā€™s home made our stay perfect. Everything was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the multiple living areas great. The table tennis table also got a good workout.

Magnificent Holiday Home
