If you're looking for a great spot close to the beach this is it.
Great host, great property, and awesome location. Vinnie and his team have something special going here. Highly recommend this property and location.

OI picked the perfect studio
My husband and I visited OIB for a quick getaway! This studio was absolutely perfect. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. The place was immaculate and appeared just as it does in the picture. The upgrades in the space give it a nice beach like feel. Our host was Vinny and he was very communicative and just so happened to be in the area and popped by to introduce himself and to make sure things were ok. It was a short drive to the beach and some dining. We will definitely stay here again.

Good stay
We booked a last minute trip to join family who were staying on the beach. We were close to the water and it was a 3 mile drive to get to their condo. This studio worked perfectly for our family of 3. Very clean, everything was like new, and the communication with our contact person Vinnie was very easy and quick. Good value.
