I am sorry to say the Moon Palace that I heard about, was not what I experienced, the food was cold always at the buffet, no water to shower in the mornings until about 9:30 am have to use bottle water to brush our teeth in the mornings while waiting for the water to come on.I must say the staffs was extremely nice and try to help the best way they can

I enjoyed my stay. I have stayed at awesome places that looked better but here it was the little things for me. They were really accommodating and friendly. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. The hallways by my room smelled great; I loved that they were intentional about that. The pool MCs were great and very entertaining, we didn’t want to leave. They had a jerk hut and we even got fresh coconuts and corn. They also had a variety of activities in the evenings and that made it fun and gave guests something to look forward to. I loved their drinks too, their bartenders are good and creative. My favorite part was the Awe spa. I have to say this was the icing on the cake for me, I didn’t want my 80 minute massage to end. The only things I didn’t like was they had one omelette station going for breakfast on days the resort was filled and sold out and the lines were very long. I felt sorry for the guy chef at that station. Also the bathrooms were small, but they kept it clean. The bathrooms by the lobby were kept clean also. Thanks moon palace for a relaxing vacation.
