Unser Aufenthalt war gut. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Hühner vor dem Fenster haben nicht sehr gestört. Wir haben die Hühner morgens nur ab und zu gehört aber dann weiter geschlafen. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben in den paar Tagen nicht vermisst.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral. Umliegend findet man alle Geschäfte und Lokalitäten, die man in Kürze erreicht. In der Wohnung, die sehr sauber und ordentlich ist, hat es uns auch an nichts gemangelt. Der Vermieter ist sehr um unser Wohl bedacht .Zum Beispiel: Lokalitäten, die zu empfehlen sind, wenn man besonderen Anlass zum Feiern hat (diese sogar ausgedruckt mit Adressen und Telefon-Nummern) und sogar Gutschein-Coupons der naheliegenden Bäckerei, die ich alle sehr gerne eingelöst habe in Verbindung mit dem hauseigenen Kaffeevollautomaten. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer, zu empfehlender Aufenthalt. Nochmals vielen Dank und liebe Grüße

Für uns nicht die erhoffte Erholung/Ruhe
Unkomplizierter Check-in, annehmbar sauber und Ausstattung wie beschrieben, allerdings wirkt es alt und zusammengesammelt. In dem Inserat wurden die Hühner im kurzen Nebensatz erwähnt. Allerdings wurde daraus nicht klar, dass der Hahn morgens um fünf direkt vor dem Schlaf-Wohnzimmer kräht und man dadurch nicht nur die Fenster zur stark befahrenen Strasse, sondern auch die restlichen Fenster geschlossen halten muss. Wenn man mit drei Personen und Hund in einem Raum schläft, ist das im Sommer kaum machbar, sodass die Nächte sehr kurz waren. Hunde sind willkommen, allerdings ist die Umgebung eher ungeeignet für Hunde. Den "Hof/Garten" als nutzbar zu bezeichnen halte ich für schwierig, da ich nicht zwischen Hühnern und aufgescharrtem Boden den Grill anwerfen möchte, geschweigedenn dort die Abendstunden mit Familie verbringen will. Kein Rasen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, allerdings hätte ich die Unterkunft nicht gewählt, wenn ich diese wichtigen Fakten gehabt hätte.

Beschreibung passt, Gastgeber sehr aufmerksam und mit Auge fürs Detail, Wohnung passt für kleine Familie und der Ort ist eine gute Basis für die diversen Sights und Angebote in der Nähe. Wir waren mit dem Auto da. Braucht man wohl.

Meine Partnerin und ich waren hier mit unserer Hündin (68cm/30Kg) zu Besuch. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und bietet einen Stellplatz am Haus. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, dass man sich auch selbst verpflegen kann. Ansonsten ist auch ein Pizza Service fußläufig erreichbar! Die Betreiber der Ferienwohnung sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und ruhig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :)

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung bei nettem Vermieter in zentraler Lage in Ofterdingen. Die Wohnung ist auf 2 Personen zugeschnitten und äußerst geräumig. Das Ofterdinger Schneckenpflaster ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß und Tübingen in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
