Google Maps always took us to the back of the property rather than to the front entrance; confusing at first. Older hotel, but for the most part nicely refurbished. Wished the bedside light (a hanging light) was able to be turned off from the bed.

Fridge did not work was a good thing my mother who needs insulin didn't come, the pillows were small and only 3 needed extra, coffee machine didn't work either, needed to wait in line at the front desk to get pillows and the store with snacks and drinks was very limited and disappointing all i wanted was ice-cream and a soda and didn't have ice-cream and the soda was limited none i would drink and the pet fee was not worth it. Check out was confusing just a basket that says key cards and breakfast is NOT included

Joining room denied after confirmed for a month.
I would have rated the stay 5 star but our request and continual checking on the joined room request was not fulfilled. My daughter and granddaughter were on the first floor and I was on the second. My daughter’s room had an adjoining door, so we were not sure why our month long request was not honored. The man at the desk was extremely rude when we checked in and when we asked if it would be a possibility to get into adjoining rooms at all during our stay and he said there was no possible way. I feel that since we hadn’t just requested it at checking and that my daughter had called multiple times the whole month before and even as recent as our drive there, that it should have been honored, or at least not continually told us it was all set.
