Two aged 70 women were assigned a room in the annex building that involved going down stairs and then up a long flight of stairs with our suitcases. The reception clerk was not very helpful when we asked for assistance with our suitcases. We complained and he finally assigned up a lower level room. We were left feeling it was our fault for being older…not very accommodating. But, the room was great.

The reception was excellent. Not the best hotel on the main strip, but looked like the best for the price. Nice breakfast…cookies in the afternoon…great location in Ogunquit…central to everything. All of the staff were great.

Goid small hotel/motel central in Ogunguit
Main hotel building nice, motel like buildings externally and grounds needing a littke tlc. Was a bit disappointed with the location of the room, was patio but wouldn't really have wanted to sit out there as no view. Room though was large and clean. Bathroom and shower just okay. Continental buffet breakfast absolutely fine and staff very pleasant.
