In the Summer, enjoy the outdoor garden area with beautiful distant views of the mountains. Spend your evenings admiring the sun on the outdoor decking and cook up a tasty a barbeque dinner! In winter, enjoy the fabulous Whakapapa ski resort, just a short drive away and at the end of the day relax in the fabulous spa pool or recuperate indoors in the spacious but cosy and warm living, dining and kitchen area.


When you’re about to dose off, head upstairs into the lovely bedrooms and enjoy the queen size beds. If you’re not feeling tired watch some Netflix on the Smart TV, straight from your bedroom! The home provides all the comforts and amenities you would require including 2 bathrooms that have showers.

Fabulous responsive service
Wonderful stay. We had a tricky start...filling the house with smoke when we put the fire on on the first night. The property manager was very responsive and a chimney sweep was with us the following day to find the bird’s nest in the chimney causing the trouble! Beautiful mountain views and wonderful hot tub overlooking this. Would highly recommend. Great service
