Conveniently located close to Ohakune Mountain Road for quick access to the mountain - walks, mountain biking and skiing. Walk to ski hire shops, mountain transport, cafes and apres ski - it's perfect for a ski weekend for couples or small groups! This Ohakune holiday home is comfortable and cosy with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area heated by a woodburner - ideal when you come home from your day's adventures and want to stay toasty as you enjoy a hot drink and good company.

Foyle Street Chalet is spread over 2 levels with 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 5 guests, and offers everything you might need including a TV, DVD player, and plenty of board games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained.

When you're ready to hit the slopes of Mt Ruapehu, you'll love being within walking distance to ski-hire and the ski field shuttle. Or enjoy the scenic 20-minute drive to Turoa Ski Field or 40-minutes to Whakapapa Ski Field.

Tongariro Alpine Crossing is also a must-see, widely regarded as one of the best one-day hikes in the world, and starts on the other side of the National Park under an hours drive away.
