The space;
This spacious property includes casual and formal dining areas, family/TV room with Sky TV, huge formal lounge complete with mini grand piano for the musically inclined.

The main house and sleepout have the following bedrooms;
Bedroom #1 - Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed
Bedroom #3 - Single Bunk Beds + Rollaway single bed, shares ensuite with Bedroom #4
Bedroom #4 - Queen Bed
Sleepout - Queen Bed, kitchenette, and private bathroom

Guest access;
The garage is not available for guest use, there is however plenty of secure parking on the property.

There is also an owners suite with King bed and private ensuite bathroom with spa bath which is only available on special request at an additional cost.

Other things to note;
Note that the Tennis Court surface is patchy in places and is prone to leaf-fall, and the out-of-bounds area are undersize. So if you are a pro wanting to perfect your technique it's going to disappoint. There are plenty of rackets and balls for guest use.

There are three kayaks (one is a two seater) and two paddle boards available for guest use.

The jetty is available for guests, it can easily accommodate two boats, you will need to launch at a public ramp nearby.
