We had the room with access to lounge . It is quite big , clean and modern . I liked the bed too . They provide all kids of amenities including a skin care set ! Enjoyed our stay here

We were put on a floor where the ac in the hall did not work (level 4), staff was decently nice except on our departure, we asked for a taxi to go to the airport, they said they could only call their “private cab” drivers and charged us 6000 yen for a 5km drive to the airport. Plenty of cabs came by the front dropping passages off but they told us we couldn’t take them cause we have too much luggage. Note that the exact same vehicle arrived before the hotel taxi came, and they said we couldn’t take it.i know cab is ex
