『安かろう悪かろう』そのもの。 このホテルを選んだポイントは、バストイレ別、湯船もあり部屋もベッドも広く宿泊代もビジネスホテル並み。 立地も、どこへ行くにもちょうどいい場所で、申し分ない良いホテルを見つけたと思っていました。 しかし、部屋に入ってすぐ落胆することに… 臭いまでは想定できませんでした….カビの臭いが酷すぎます。 高湿度と多少の建物の古さも原因の一つかと思いますが、考慮しても健康面が心配になるくらい…域を超えてます。 こんなホテルが日本にあるのかと…残念過ぎです。 本来なら、旅行の最終日には『帰りたくない』と思うものですが、ホテルから出られる安堵感の方が上回りました。 宮古島は、食べ物も美味しく自然豊かで、ゆっくり動く島時間がとても素敵なところでしたが、このホテルだけが残念です。 二度と選びませんし、薦めません。 笑えない酷さです。

口コミを見て予約したのである程度覚悟はしていましたがやはりその通りでした。 まずチェックインですが、当日になってもメールなどの案内は全くなくホテル入り口がわからない。 表通りは他の店舗が入っているためそちらに行ったら店舗スタッフが親切にホテルの入り口を教えてくれました。 非常口のようなところから2階に上がるとフロントがあります。 口コミでは外国の方が対応していると書いてありましたが、この日は日本の方でした。 車をホテル裏の駐車場に停めたのですが、本日満車なのでアートルエメラルド向かいのコインパーキング（24時間1000円）へ停めてくださいと片道1㎞弱を徒歩で帰ってきて駐車料金もなにももらえず。 部屋に入ると他の口コミのとおり洗濯機の排水口から下水の悪臭が。 おそらくエアコンを24時間付けっぱなしなので、部屋の中の湿度が低くなって封水トラップの水が蒸発しているのだと思い排水口に水を２Lくらい流してみたらほぼ臭いはあがってこなくなりました。 室内は入ってすぐにスリッパが置いてありましたが、床は砂のようなものでザラザラジャリジャリしていました。 3階の部屋だったので道反対の木があり海は何も見えませんでした。 浴室は掃除がされてきれいでしたが、安かろう悪かろうの典型かな。 次泊まることはありません。

海が目の前で料金もまぁまぁ。フロントが、裏口からインターフォン押して二階にあり、誰も解らない。駐車場は予約制で少ない。徒歩10分位のコインパーキングを紹介される。が、近くの公共の駐車場に停めた。

宮古リピートなので立地は抜群。 施設は簡易式のマンションのよう。 滞在中のベッドメークはなく、タオルを毎日フロントに替えをもらいに行き、ゴミ捨ても各自。 清掃はキレイですが、シーツ等はやや汚れあり。 スタッフは全員外国人の方でした。 シャワーのお湯は出ません。洗濯機と浴室乾燥何あるのはマリンスポーツする人には便利。 寝泊まりするだけならいいけど、ホテルのサービス求める方には不向き。
