I was shocked and very impressed with the desk clerk. I wish I would have got her name. She was so nice, from the moment I was greeted at the desk. I have had many bad runs with desk staff that don't put their phone down to make eye contact or actually hear what your saying because in less the 2 minutes they will ask you the question you just answered. Bravo to her manager, I would have her teach your other clerks the right way to treat guests.

Everything was great, the 1 thing I would change and I leave this message everywhere I stay IF they dont have this option and that is... Have the option of being able to watch NETFLIX. EVERY HOTEL AND MOTEL should have this option

Very bad area, there were tons of panhandlers on the outside of this hotel. We took a look at our room while it was daytime and we had yellow stains on our sheets and we seen a cockroach in the bathroom.

It said no smoking. There was a strong smoke smell. Location of hotel was in a rough area. There was fencing around it, but didn’t help. I felt unsafe. The breakfeast was over cooked and appeared not to have any pride in it. Very poor experience.
