Who ever was the black man that checked us in was so wonderful, always had a smile, so helpful, what Ed to make us feel welcome. I seen some people sitting at the front desk and do nothing. I can’t say enough good about this man.

The elevator was stuck most of the few days I stayed. They have a woman at the front desk who shouldn’t be there because she doesn’t know what she’s doing whatsoever. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful but she was awful

I made accommodations for an uncommon check in time, ensured that the accommodations were confirmed. The day of the check in not only were the accommodations unmet I was told in the most uncaring why (not an exact quote) “ too bad go figure it out “. And was without a room for hours and hours.
