I loved the carpet in the room. Coffee in the lobby was good and the beds were comfortable. I loved the bathtub and the convenient location of the ice. Staff was nice.

Front desk lady was awesome but when i arrived my room was not ready or clean and i was late to my check in so it was no reason for the room not to be ready. Traveling with kids and expecting to get to the room you reserved at the time you are promised is very important to me and i hope the fleaning staff does better for future patrons. Also mold may be present under sinks bathrooms.

Great stay with one small problem.
Everything about the stay was great except one thing. They had a landscaping crew working which i don't mind because it has to get done. The only issue i had was that the crew started working at sun up and was extremely noisy. Other than that i have no complaints about my stay what so ever.

Checking in was a mess. The rate was different than quoted originally. When I got my first room the television did not work. Then they moved me to another room where the air conditioning did not work. I couldn't wait to check out. I should have just stuck with my gut and spent $40 more and stayed at the Waterford..

The cleaning crew did not check to see that the plugs for TV and bedside stand were plugged in. There was coffee spilled by the coffee pot in the reception area for at least an hour. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. One of the draperies was unhooked and the thermostat light was very bright while sleeping. No mirror at desk for make-up. Receptionist though was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel overall appearance looks nice and contemporary.
