A little disappointing.
If you book through a 3rd party you get a room where there is very loud street racing that you can hear all hours of night. The hotel in general was not bad, but needs updating, especially bar area and eating area. Tables and chairs are pretty dirty and very beat up. Breakfast buffet in general was pretty good. $19.99 per person. Room service every other day then forgot to replace things in our room. I would not stay here again.

I loved it! I went to the Warriors vs Thunder game and it was right next to the arena. 10/10 experience! I also had some car trouble and the maintenance team helped me out. Great staff!

This hotel is very clean and nicely updated. We had a very comfortable stay! Parking, while expensive, is very convenient to the hotel. I can say all the reviews about the street noise are accurate. It’s very loud until pretty late. However, this is largely outside the control of the hotel. It’s something to note if you’re sensitive to loud noises or traveling with small children. If that’s the case, I’d recommend avoiding downtown all together as racing and engine revving seemed like it was pretty prevalent to the area. Overall a very good stay!

So-so at best
Was generally disappointed that a hotel room, in this price range, had so many add-ons. No microwave in room. The TV date and time were set incorrectly and that made the TV station/program guide worthless. It took 3 daily complaints at the front desk to get that situation resolved for the last 2 days of our stay. The coffee post would stop halfway through the process of making a cup. Valet parking was promoted at only an additional $9 per day, but that doesn't provide the valet any tips.

It was located on a street that sounded like the Indy 500. The breakfast was $40 and it was the same breakfast that you usually get included with your stay. The charge for having my pet stay was going to be the same charge as the room $150, until I complained. The staff was not very nice about it.

Great hotel for great price
Great place to stay. Easy access to Bricktown, Paycom arena, convention center and food. Only thing that was weird was room service didn’t come by and the fitted sheets came off the corners in the middle of the night. Overall a great experience.

While clean, the property does have some maintenance issues as seen in photo. Road noise on front of building will be an issue for those sensitive to night noise. Bricktown accessibility is great, but overall, overpriced.
