Very Little Sleep
The stay was very unrestful. We were put in a room in the elevator foyer that was also next to the ice machine and storage closet. It was a CONSTANT disturbance of noise until late and starting before 6am. The hotel was not full, not sure why this room is being used when there are other rooms available.

Clean, friendly, and VERY quiet in spite of the full house. Pool was refreshing and breakfast was tasty and much appreciated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Super easy access to airport!!

The room exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly roomy, very clean and the property as a whole was very well maintained. Front desk service was friendly & eager to help. We will definitely visit again.

Property maintance & staff both have room for improvemet
They should not offer a breakfast if they are to put Zero effort into. Since it is a residence inn, their laundry facility should be maintained . Their dryers do not work. There is a sign in the laundry facilty to get quarters from the Front Desk, but they do not carry quarters and state they never have .

Grouchy front desk guy
I loved everything except today when I was checking out at 5 am the older man at front desk was rude. I stayed there 2 nights and the other front desk people were very nice. I asked the night before if someone would be there for check out to get receipt. I guess I made the mistake of putting in the cards where it says drop keys. The man got upset stating that should not be done although the box is there and sign advises other wise. I asked him for check out and receipt. He was like I can’t give you the receipt because it was third party if you want it get it from them. I’m like but I have always have gotten it he’s like well I’ve been doing this job for 20 years and he left it at that. He was very rude I don’t know why he might have not liked me or had an issue. Overall stay was wonderful!!!

The hotel is nice. Too many homeless wandering to feel safe in parking lot. This seems to be a problem though out the city.
