The guy that works in the evening is amazing. The manager is okay but is preoccupied with what seems like her friends that are there. The other lady who works during the day and brings her child to work is very hateful. I got to the hotel, went in to check in, I am standing in front of her she looks up and say word for word “what do you need” I told her I was there to check in she told me I was going to have to hold on. She is having a bad day okay. The next day my husband went down there to get toilet paper and he said she was rude to him and he never complains. It was breakfast time and the lobby was full Of people and he could have taken down the roll of toilet paper we had just unwrapped that was covered in blue cleaner and mold but he didn’t. This is also the only Laquita that does serve some time of meat with their breakfast.

We booked a king room with a hideaway bed, we had to ask for sheets for the bed and were only given a flat sheet and some kind of blanket, no fitted sheet and no pillow. the bathroom light wouldn't come on and I had to call the front desk where they walked me through the electrical outlet that had been tripped, instead of coming to fix it. I was then sittin at the desk in the chair leaning back looking at the television when the chair broke and almost dumped me in the floor. the next morning when I went to the front desk to ask for two extra towels, I was directed to go back to my floor and "find the housekeeper". I wandered the floor for twenty minutes and was unable to locate them. The WIFI was HORRIBLE, the beds were hard, the employees were nice but were definitely not going out of their way to help with anything. I will not be staying at La Quinta again.

We found BEDBUGS and had to move to another hotel. Stay away from this property bed sheets were dirty with blood stains lipstick marks scratches on the wall bathroom was dirty stay away from this hotel. The staff was not great the front desk was very rude when we checked in and also rude when we reported the bed bugs.

Jason at the front desk was so super nice our entire stay. Every time we came in or out while he was there he greeted us and made conversation with us. Very friendly and great customer service. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Shockingly Bad Service and Rundown
Absolutely one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed at. The clerk sent us to a room that was not cleaned, linen stripped and piled on the bedside table, desk and chair, and used bathroom. He thought it was a joke. The clerk working the next day, a rude girl who never said a word or made eye contact when I asked to rekey my room key, horrible mannerism. She should not be working in customer service because she doesn’t care.

Checkin easy, breakfast was good (egg, sausage, waffle, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bagels & bread choices available along with OJ, coffee, tea, water) The Room itself appeared clean, however the ceiling had water damage in our room on 4th floor (roof leak possibly), indoor pool was not clean, elevator somewhat slow, stairway unclean it was carpeted and needed vacuuming & trashed picked up. One of the bed had stains on the bed sheets,

A safe clean room with a nice, modern touch, but with minor things needed. The A/C unit wasn’t fully attached, with some daylight showing through. It also seemed to struggle to kick on throughout the night. Not a major issue, but will need some maintenance. The room didn’t have hand soap and the tv remote didn’t work, but the front desk squared it away with no trouble.

The only negative comment...loud,as it is near the expressway. Too light in the room until I figured out the blinds..directions would have been useful. very friendly staff
