Above expectations for a room at this price
A Great value, room for improvements YES. However based on the pricing a great Value for sure. And you can tell they hv made many improvements, this is a older building but much of the inside feels new

How this property has over 7 stars is beyond me and I am not hard to please. It appears they did a basic "face lift (such as just painting over everything), but our room smelled terrible, very musty and dirty. I talked to the front desk and she was not helpful at all. She just said it was probably bc the air conditioner had been on all day. I asked if I switched rooms would they all be that way and she just shrugged. The hotel is still operating on covid policies which is ridiculous 2 years later - the breakfast (due to covid they say) is just prewrapped honey buns, oatmeal and cereal. The microwave in the room didn't work properly and I had to basically wrestle extra blankets from the front desk, after being asked "aren't there blankets in the room"? We stayed for 2 days and after the first night, I asked for more towels and was given pool towels! Just overall, a poorly ran establishment in a bad area.

The check in manager was completely inattentive after MULTIPLE calls to the desk and other employees saying they had guests. The AC didn’t work after MULTIPLE complaints. Asked for swim towels and was brushed off. I would NOT recommend this property at all.

Horrible experience
The front desk staff did not speak English well which made the check in process difficult. The hotel has an unpleasant odor, but the hallways, check in area, and our room. It started raining in the morning and water was dripping into our room. When I opened the curtain, I could see mold on the top of the window frame, so it's obviously been leaking for some time.

This property looks great on the web but it was dirty like makeup stains and dirty on the walls there was mold in the restroom aswell as prostitution everywhere it was disgusting!!!

I normally don't write negative reviews but there was too much to ignore. The hallway to our room smelled like urine, and our room smelled/felt moist. The window unit sounded like a washing machine when on, and the vents themselves were so dirty there was build up. Their was hair left in the bathroom shower/floor/sink/walls. No kleenex in the dispenser, non-working phone, stains on doors/walls, and a wad of toilet paper/kleenex stuck in the peephole. There was only cereal, black coffee & toast for breakfast (according to the handwritten sign on the wall of the dining room it was due to covid restrictions. Covid was 4 years ago)..not a full breakfast as advertised.We would have left but there wasn't enough time to research and move before our event. Never again will we stay at a Super 8.

When we went to our room, it appeared the room.had been cleaned and made up. However, the bed was unmade and appeared like aomeone had taken a nap. The staff was very surprised, and quickly rectified the situation.
