Booked a room with a king and a pull out sofa but they gave us a 2 queen room. When i asked about it they didnt care. That wasn't too bad just annoying. But then the AC could not keep up!! So hot all night long. At breakfast i asked for some milk for the cereal the lady said ok but never went and got it and when i asked 10 mins later someone else said they were out. But she didnt even bother to tell me. The employees knew it was a busy weekend and that all hotels were sold out so they had a '"who cares" mentality. I could deal with most of it but the AC not working made everything else so much more annoying.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Use the wall thermostat fyi. Pool: enjoyed the pool temp. However lots of oil floating in the water and some string. Not obvious until you are in pool. Chlorine smell was strong so i know pool was maintained.

I don't mind that it was horrible outdated but there was a leak in my room that had the carpet soaking wet where the bathroom sink was and it was coming from the roof. I did not find it until I had taken my shoes off and at that point since it was late at night I did not feel like changing rooms. The room had a very musty smell which after finding the leak I understood why. The shower has no door and you can't adjust the shower head so water runs out on the floor and soaks the floor towel. So I had to dry that out every night for the next day. Also when I did have a chance to speak about it there was no one at the front desk and after waiting for over 15 minutes I chose to just live with it as my days where very busy and I just wanted a shower and bed. Won't be staying there ever again and we booked 2 rooms. Also a very small thing but the elevator temperature is beyond ridiculous hot. No one wants to ride in that after spending all day out in 100 degree temps. Outside was cooler

Horrible experience, broken tv, broken phone, room was 92 degree upon entering, 75 degrees in room 10hrs later, wrong reservation, 1 ice machine for whole hotel, rooms are t very well marked throughout hotel.

The A/C in room 114 did not work would not get bellow 70 degrees. The keys would not work on the doors. Had too keep trying multiple times to get in to the hotel then even more times to get into the room. Don’t think I would pick this hotel again to stay in.

Description of room incorrect, there was not a sofa on the room, I had no AC, it was dirty and no one clean the room I had to use the same towels every day and I request simple words they have to change the whole description of the service they are offering and be specific of what are they offering, I will not recommend the place at all a complete waste of money.

First the lady told me room 110 has a nice view of the pool when we got to the hotel at 10 am. It turned out room 110 face to the wall and other side is the hall wall. But they are not bad with showing a nice smile to customers. I forgive their untrusty words. Hope service should be better honest. My Room has got the sink & bath tube draining very slow water. Next morning they were quickly serviced by a plumber going back and forth to fix sink, bathtub and toilet pretty good. Nice job. Anyway, we are happy with all the service people and the large room. Most importantly, transportation is the perfect shuttle to the airport and the cost is right in the market with its value. The service room is trust-able. Nice Good service hotel.

Got to the room, found dead bugs in the shower. The air conditioner was turned off when we arrived to the room and the thermostat showed 85 degrees when we arrived, turned it down immediately and 12 hours later we were barely at 75. Doubtful that I would stay here again.
