Very upset. My friends & I were excited about staying at Wyndham OKC for a Luke Bryan concert. His concert was cancelled due to sickness. Wyndham motel refused to accommodate any date reservation changes or give partial money back. Hotels.com tried in my behalf to accommodate my request. Nice hotel. Common areas are very well kept and clean. The room itself could use a little updating. The carpet in the rooms is a little worn and needs to be replaced. The staff, restaurant and bar are top notch. Ive stayed here many times and will definitely be back.

My stay at Wyndham Grand, Oklahoma City
My experience was terrible. walking in to lobby very nice but it ended there. Arrived at 2 instead of 4 so to get into room $25 charge, only valet parking, desk clerk not overly friendly, 2 towels for 2 people for 4 days, no towel racks or even hooks, no complimentary coffee which I have never found before, only the crap coffee in room which was horrible. Trash never emptied during stay and was over flowing, very limited room service hours and because of early flight had to leave at 3:30AM and NO COFFEE ANYWHERE! Had a machine in lobby that we could not work and ask desk clerk she very rudely said that is not ours you have coffee in you room! Ice machine on our floor did not work and had to go all over hotel to find one that worked. Had to ask for towels, tissues, toilet paper and shampoo. A male staff member delivered toilet tissue, facial tissue and shampoo as requested and was very polite. The carpet was disgusting. the beds were comfortable.

The carpet needs a deep cleaning you can feel the filth it was wet and dirty The microwave was malfunction we had to unplug it and plug it back up in order for it to actually warm the food The internet was slow The bed side lamp in the middle between the two beds

Awesome weekend getaway!
Hotel was excellent. I took my son and his friends for his birthday trip. Teens! They loved the place! Room was what I expected, very spacious and clean! Especially the hot tub, pool, and weight room. We will be back!

We were very unhappy with our stay... the room was un believably hot 2. When I ordered doordash whoever called the room was very rude and said we was not ALLOWED to have any food delivered to the room, which we were never ever told when we checked in as I am handicapped and would have not stayed, 3. The toilet kept going off all night, last but not least I was treated awful when we called to request a trash bag being as when we checked in we had none so I would give it a 2 and that is only because it was beautiful downstairs

We came to OKC on a whim and had no plans. We decided to book The Wyndham due to the walkability to the downtown Bricktown area. Super close to all the attractions. The hotel is nice however it is outdated. There was only 2 outlets in the room for us to charge our phones. The outlets built into the lamps did not work. Carpet was old and wall paint could be refreshed The windows to our room were filthy and past guests had traced their name on the dirt from the outside. Our room faced the street and it was a bit noisy at night. Ice machine on our floor did not work and we had to go to another. The lady that checked us in was very nice however the information she gave us about the parking in the area was completely wrong. She stated all lots were free on the weekends. Which was not true. They do not have a hotel parking garage and valet costs around $37. We opted to park in a public parking garage near the hotel because she stated all public lots were free on the weekend. Come check out time and leaving the garage we were charged $10 for the one night we stayed. We also paid $26 for 4 hours at a lot near Bricktown and she told us “oh you didn’t have to do that, it’s free” However when we went back to get our car we received notification that we needed to pay additional time or our car would be towed.

I've stayed at Wyndham properties and other properties within the brand for many years... This property is probably one of the nicer ones I've stayed at overall... All staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay... The lady serving breakfast was very kind and appeared to enjoy her work and was quite considerate of my visual challenges. This property is in a very convenient area of the downtown area and quite walkable to 'Bricktown' where there are several dining and hangout options. I hope to return to visit a particular museum that was closed on the day I had planned to go... and I will most likely stay at this property when I do.

Elevator smelled of dog urine. Force you to pay for valet and then it takes 45 minutes to get vehicle. They have 5 people standing around at valet and nobody gets your car.
