We had great a great experience the ladies that checked us in were always smiling and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. We used valet parking and they were all great positive attitudes even though it was freezing and i got my truck fast everytime i requested... shoutout to TJ or JT lol i dont remember but thank you so much for helping us carry our stuff up to our room we appreciate you

Don’t recommend!
Stains all over the couch. Given 2 towels for 6 people, 2 tiny bottles of soap for all of us to share, no bedding/pillows for the pull out sofa/bed, called and requested more items and they brought it to the wrong room. We waited for an hour for more linen and was brought a fitted sheet and nothing else. Terrible service and room was disgusting. Called ahead as we checked in late and we didn’t get to bed till 2am due to not having the room ready with bedding, towels, etc. absolutely ridiculous.

To start this off the valet staff were amazing. The hotel staff when we checked in were at first but when we got to our room on the 11th floor the window opened all the way. Terrifying having small children. One of the front desk ladies said we could come switch. When we got down there one of them was sitting down and was very rude and snappy with me and acted like she did not care. On Expedia it said parking included but you had to pay for valet service for $35 per night which that way okay because they were awesome.

I would give this hotel 100 stars except that I chose this hotel as a relaxing getaway with my husband and it was one of the only ones with a hot tub and there were so many kids in the hot tub I couldn’t relax. This was not the hotels fault but it still affected my stay. The staff at the front desk was so nice and I loved that I got a text to make sure I didn’t need anything. I was able to text the hotel that I needed more towels when I was running errands and they were placed in my room before I returned. I will be staying here anytime I am in town.

I couldn't see the service reps behind the computer counter when I entered the hotel. The room carpet was filthy. There were rust stained in the toilet. Uncleaned facility overall.

Check in was easy and fast! Valet parking is an additional $34, we just parked at a parking garage close by and paid $16. Other than that ever else was great!! Will definitely stay again!

Fine hotel in downtown OKC
Used to stay here decades ago. Went back on a whim. They’ve updated the place obviously. Was very nice. Classic atrium style hotel. Was a little disappointed that only valet parking was available on site - which adds a bit to the cost per stay - but the breakfast at the restaurant was both good and very reasonably priced. So it’s kind of a wash there. The valet people did a good job, and have to run sometimes several blocks to get the cars. Was a good location for my purposes.
