Designer Apartment 10 meters from the sea

This new and modernly designed holiday apartment is located in Okrug Gornji on island Ciovo, 3 km from town Trogir. It is spacious - 120 meters square in size - all recently renovated throughout. It is situated just 10 meters from the sea and from the nearest pebble beach.

There are three sleeping units: 2 bedrooms (the master bedroom has an own bathroom, kitchenette and balcony) and large living room. The apartment can accommodate to 6 persons. Each bedroom has a king size bed, the living room has a convertible sofa bed for 2 people.
The kitchen is connected to the dining room which has entrance to a lovely terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the harbour and beach in Okrug Gornji. The kitchen is fully equipped with all household appliances - oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle... as well with cutlery and glasses.

People in Okrug are really friendly and Okrug is a perfect place to come for a vacation and relax. It is common for a family vacations or for couples as it is really a peaceful town. Guests who arrive by car rarely uses it during their stay because everything is really handy here and to avoid unnecessary jams you can take a taxi boat (at low cost) to reach centre of Trogir.
Beaches in Okrug are made of soft, small stones. There are no sandy beaches in the area, but anyway, these beaches are really pleasant to lay on!

We keep our apartments clean and fresh, always ready for your visit at any time of the year! You do not need to bring bed linen, you will find it in the apartment.

SUPERB

The apartment is absolutely beautiful located in the perfect spot overlooking the beautiful bay with views to die for and just a minute or two walk to a variety of restaurants and all the lovely beach bars. My sister and I spent many hours just gazing out to sea from the balcony enjoying all the boating activities as well as the stunning sunsets. Our hosts Anita and Dragan were so helpful and kind. Highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.wh kind.kanotghelpfultimetimes.

Best location!

We enjoyed the walkability of this area. We were able to park our car at the apartment and walk to the beach and restaurants. Thereā€™s a gelato stand that accepts credit cards a few steps from the apartment which was great after a day of water activities. Our boat tour through Tamaris Charter was even able to pick us up right on the dock in front of the apartment. The hosts were very kind providing beach chairs and assistance as requested. Our favorite thing was the terrace for dining and ocean views with morning coffee. Thank you for a welcoming family stay.

A Great Place to Stay

This property is modern, clean and had all amenities for a long term stay. We stayed 26 days. Owners are right on property which is great. We loved our stay, which included our adult chidren (second bedroom and bathroom) and grandson (pullout couch private area). Beach right in front. The best amenity we thought is the balcony. We spent so much time there mornings and evenings. Parking for our 2 rental cars was provided. A short ride (5 Euro by taxi) into Trojir. But Okrug has a great beach with restaurants, beach bars, shops and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing Stay

This apartment is fantastic as are the owners. Apartment is huge, clean, all the amenities, comfortable. Views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful. Owners go above and beyond for their guests. Croatians speak perfect English. Plenty of great restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Walk out onto the beach. Split and Trogir are a must to visit. Both have beautiful old towns. You will definitely want to return to this apartment.

Perfect location

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location on the beach and right beside marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Dragan was the perfect host from the moment we arrived (to a welcome picnic with wine) to the moment we left. Excellent base from which to explore Trogir (which is amazing) and all the other historical towns along the coast. We went early in May and were very unlucky with the weather but when the sun shines it's perfect. Thank you Dragan for a wonderful holiday.

Croatian Experience

The hosts greeted us and introduced us to the apartment which was everything that had been promised. We were a family of six including two young children, parents and grandparents. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, the facilities excellent and the position, right on beach with superb views, could not be better. Just be aware that there are a number of steps to negotiate to access the apartment. It was early season but a number of local restaurants were open. Trogir is easy to reach by taxi, bus or walking (steep hills but worth it!). We would recommend this apartment for a family holiday. Croatia is great and the people who all seem to speak good English are warm and helpful!

Donā€™t hesitate

My friend and I have just returned from our holiday and can honestly say it is the best holiday venue we have stayed in. The apartment, hosts, location and view from the balcony will be hard to beat. We stayed on the beach in front of the apartment until the sun went down then walked 20 ft back and sat on the balcony with a drink to watch the sunset ā€¦ā€¦. Itā€™s perfectā€¦.. quiet as no passing traffic but lots of people and boat watching. We walked to the Laganini beach club on the other side of the island ā€¦. great music, food and location. Trogir Old Town is a must and you can walk or get a ferry from the harbour. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a 30 second walk. The sea is crystal clear and there is often a lovely breeze in the afternoon. Most of all, the hosts Dragon and Anita are lovely, nothing is too much trouble, we could ask them anything and they helped us, Dragon even offered to pick us up and take us back to the airport for a small charge which made our journey so easy. Donā€™t hesitate to book this property, itā€™s spacious and better equipped than my house but you will live on the balcony watching the world go by and unforgettable sunsets ā€¦. enjoy!

A home away from home

Okrug gornji is a beautiful resort. The apartment has two good sized rooms. The master room has its own onsuite and a small side balcony with sea view. There is everything you could need for your stay. It's a very short walk to bars on the sea front and restaurants. Dragan and Anita were fantastic hosts and we hope to be back soon.

Beautiful Home

Great house, great hosts, great views, in a great location. Walk out of the house and on to the beach. Enjoy sunsets from the balcony. Short walk along the beach to dining and nightlight. Spacious, Clean, and Comfortable

We just returned from a three week vacation in Croatia. This property was a highlight of our stay. The apartment was meticulously cleaned and tastefully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen was a cook's delight. It had all the appliances you would need and was stocked with a generous supply of dishes and silverware. The bathrooms featured upgraded fixtures including a jetted tub and a world class hot shower. The second bedroom was fitted as a mother in law apartment with its own kitchenette and its own deck. Each of the bedrooms were outfitted with fully louvered blinds that enabled the bedrooms to be completely darkened if sleeping late. Our favorite feature of the property was the deck off of the kitchen. The deck had tables and chairs, offering comfortable seating and an incredible view of the expansive bay and the boats entering Trogir. We enjoyed magnificent sunsets that turned our evening happy hours sessions into a special occasion. The deck also offered a birds eye view of the small fishing harbor directly below. The inlet to the small harbor was literally at the property's back door. We enjoyed watching the fishermen sell their daily catch right in front of us as the sun was going down. We discovered a number of restaurants within a few hundred yards of the property. There was a grocery nearby and within a hundred yards from the apartment there was a vendor selling delicious and addicting home made gelato. The location of the apartment was perfect since it was far enough away from the crowds to be peaceful and quiet. The property featured gated private parking for our rental car. However, we may not rent a car next time because the next door neighbor(Ivan) has his own taxi service. We met the owners (Dragan and Anita) at the property and we are grateful for the help and advice they rendered upon our arrival. The cleanliness and features of the property set it apart from others. We fell in love with this place and hated to leave it. We highly recommend it not only for the comfort and enhancements, but for the outstanding beauty surrounding it. We will be sure to include it as one of our destinations on future visits to Croatia.

Lovely apartment with stunning views

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The host, Dragan and his wife provided refreshments and a tray of meet and cheese for us upon our arrival. They were available whenever we had questions. The view of the Adriatic from the balcony was priceless. The village was easily accessible with many restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store. From Okrug Gornji we were able to make day trips to Plitvice National Park and to Brac Island, both great destinations.

Fabulous Family Holiday

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday staying at this apartment, which is situated directly by a small beautiful beach and harbour in Okrug Gornji on the Island of Ciovo. Thanks to Dragan & Anita who are very welcoming & friendly and they ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. My husband and I spent a week with our 17 year old son and we had ample space, but this would be suitable for up to 6 people as there are two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen/dinner open plan area. The sofa bed is separate to the main sofas. We were able to go for a swim before breakfast and in the evenings (the best parts of the day) when the beach was quite empty. Fabulous sunsets to be seen from the beach or with a glass of wine on the balcony. Very relaxing spot which overlooks a small harbour so there is always the opportunity for people watching. While we were there the locals had their annual fete and we had a prime spot for the live band and fireworks in the evening. A choice of bars & restaurants within walking distance, many on a flat walkway so easy for the less mobile. We hired a car but this is not necessary as Split airport is only 11km and the fabulous medieval town of Trogir is easily accessible by frequent ferries from the harbour, which only take 10-15 mins and were 20 Kuna one way ( approx Ā£2.40). We would highly recommend this part of Croatia and in particular this lovely apartment. Very clean, plenty of cooking utensils and towels as well a constant hot water. One of the best apartments we have stayed in.

Warm welcome and beautiful views

We would like to thank Dragan & Anita for a wonderful stay. We stayed with our 2 boys aged 8 and 10. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views and sunsets from the balcony are amazing. You can swim in the water directly outside. Okrug Gornji is very easy with access to a good choice of restaurants, bars, boat trips and some shops - bakery and mini markets. Srdela was our favourite restaurant. The water taxi to Trogir is very convenient and fun to go at night. We were there the last week of May and still plenty to do and good weather. Perhaps it gets much busier from June. We enjoyed swimming at Labadusa and Buda. We discovered Buda first of all on the 3 island tour which the whole family enjoyed. The owners care about their guests, they were flexible with check in and brought us some local treats as well. A very enjoyable holiday!

Great Apartment In Lovely Location

We've just returned from a relaxing week at the apartment, which was very comfortable and well equipped. We spent many hours on the balcony just taking in the wonderful view and enjoying the sun sets. The property is in a great location, only a short transfer to and from the airport and where you don't need a car. It is close to a number of good restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets and bakery. Plus it is next to a small harbour where you can get various boat trips and a ferry into Trogir. From Trogir you can then get another boat to Split. Who needs a swimming pool when you've got the beach and crystal clear sea water next to the property. Dragon and Anita very welcoming and friendly hosts and were available if ever we needed any help or advice. This is definitely an apartment and location we would thoroughly recommend.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Wasser und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man fĆ¼r einen schƶnen Urlaub braucht. Der Balkon lƤdt zu einem schƶnen FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck mit Blick auf den Hafen und Strand ein.
