Ideal central location with easy parking
Second time I stayed here. Rooms and location perfect. No staff present so ensure you arrange your arrival time in advance. Whatever you do, don't call the number displayed on expedia. The owner, or whatever he/ she is, will tell you "you mustn't contact me!" I suggest they then post the key holders number on the booking confirmation if they can't be bothered to look after their guests. Shame really as the accommodation is idea for short visits. Keyholder/ reception staff very welcoming though.

Town location with easy parking
Contacted owner in advance to ensure that we were met on arrival. The accommodation would seem to be single rooms in an apartment with decent decor. The room booed was en suite and having arrived late from the airport it was relatively simple to find and being in the centre the choice of restaurants was good. Would use it again if in Olbia

Short Stay recommended
A couple of nights stay before flying home. Had to phone ahead and again when on the doorstep. The rooms appear to be managed by the estate agents across the road. The accommodation was room only and they did not have daily room service. The room was clean and of a good size with ensuite, TV & free Wi-Fi. It was in a good location and yet quiet on a night. There was a taxi rank across the road, it was close to the local railway station and the airport bus stopped at the top of the road. It was close to bars, restaurants and shops. Good location to explore the local area. I would recommend for a short stay and would book again when next need a simple clean room to stay.

Recomiendo solo Hotel, restaurante no.
Hotel muy acogedor, camas cómodas y desayuno aceptable. La ducha estaba atascada y yo mismo la desatasque. Cena en restaurante, no me gusto nada, precios muy abusivos, cubierto 3€, refresco 3,5€, plato de dorada 15€ en el cual solo viene media dorara sin guarnición, que la cobran a parte,.. la pizza no ha sido la mejor que he comido en Italia, pero si la peor.

Nettes B&B in sehr guter Lage
Wir waren hier für eine Nacht vor dem Rückflug. Die Lage ist quasi perfekt. Zur Innenstadt 1 Minute und direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle um zum Flughafen zz kommen. Service war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Déception
Positifs : Ce B&B ( mais ne propose pas de breakfast ) est très bien situé, à proximité de tout et juste ne face de la gare. La chambre est spacieuse Négatifs : La propriétaire n'habite pas sur place et donc il faut impérativement bien se coordonner avec elle pour récupérer les clés car il n'y a pas d'accueil et il faut la téléphoner à votre arrivée. Le ménage de la chambre n'est pas fait pour la 2ème journée Il n'y a pas de wifi pour la 2ème journée La salle de bain ( privative ) est à l'extérieure de la chambre et pas du tout pratique car les portes grincent très fortes ainsi que l'ouverture des porte. Vous réveillez tous vos voisins à chaque fois. Il faut y penser quand vous souhaitez aller aux toilettes le soir. Je déconseille de séjourner de ce B&B

Non adatto al soggiorno
Muffa sulle pareti, muri scrostati, doccia intasata e bagno fatiscente. Per pochi euro non si pretende nulla di più che un ambiente salubre e una struttura funzionante. Note positive, seppur assolutamente trascurabili rispetto alle negative, la posizione e l'ampiezza della camera.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, très attractif niveau prix. Le confort de la chambre est agréable. La salle de bain n'était par contre pas dans la chambre et l'isolation est quasi nulle, nous étions côté route et nous entendions toute la circulation et les discussions des gens le soir tard et dès le petit matin à 6h

Great stay but...
To be honest the B&B itself looked really nice and we were greeted by a nice lady. Check in went easy and the room was large, tidy and clean. The only really negative thing is everything is really noisy and loud. So when one of the fellow B&B stayers comes home or leave, you are definately gonna wake up from the noise of the keys, doors in the hallway. And when staying at a hotel or B&B, sleeping is the only thing you are (in this case not) gonna do.

Hotel eignet sich für frühe Flüge
Wir haben uns für das Hotel aufgrund unseres frühen Fluges entschieden. Es handelt sich dabei um ein B&B, jedoch ohne Frühstück. Das Bad hat sehr streng nach Desinfektionsmittel gerochen und wir hatten in der Dusche keine Armatur und der Türgriff des Badezimmertüre war nicht befestigt sodass nicht die Möglichkeit bestand das Bad zu verschließen gar zu versperren. In den weißen Kästen war leider Schimmel. Für eine Nacht war es OK.

Tolle Lage und optisch okay, aber....
Das B&B liegt in einer tollen Straße der Altstadt, von wo aus man ganz Olbia zu Fuß erkunden kann. Die Zimmer und der Eingangsbereich machen einen wirklich tollen und eleganten Eindruck. Optisch ist hier wirklich alles stimmig! Aber, das B&B ist leider kein B&B! Das Breakfast vermisst man hier gänzlich. Also es gibt lediglich die Übernachtung. Als ich versuchte über die angegebene Telefonnummer Kontakt zum Hotel aufzunehmen habe ich leider niemanden erreicht. Es rief auch niemand zurück. Da es auch keine Rezeption gibt ist man hier also völlig auf sich gestellt. Das mussten wir auch merken als direkt bei der ersten Benutzung der Dusche der Abfluss überhaupt nicht funktionierte und das Badezimmer prompt unter Wasser stand. Auch hier war telefonisch niemand zu erreichen. Weitere Minuspunkte: das Zimmer roch sehr modrig und muffig und eine Zimmerreinigug sei, laut Informationszettel, nur alle 3 Tage vorgesehen. Rein optisch und von der Lage her ist es hier echt super, wer allerdings auf Frühstück oder Service setzt, wird hier eher nicht fündig.

Rent och fräscht rum med centralt läge. Trevlig bemötande vid ankomst. Minus för att fläkten till AC lät som den skulle skära när som helst, vilket var irriterande och gjorde det svårt att sova.

Bedste beliggenhed i centrum
Meget hyggeligt hotelværelse, enkelt indrettet, men fantastisk beliggenhed i midten af den gamle by. Det tor kun 12 minutter at køre til hotellet fra Olbia Lufthavn og der findes gratis parkering tæt på ved jernbanen og Via Milano. Det ligger i det hitoriske centrum med masse gode restauranter, cafeer og butikker. Vi boede 2 voksne og vores søn på 3 år, som sov i vores seng. Alt i alt en super oplevelse og vi kommer til at bruge dette hotel igen.
