The house is very nice. The only problem for us was that they don’t clean the room every day and they didn’t say, so when we came back it was all messy. Also the day we were leaving we forgot the keys inside and we had to wait for a hour so that the staff can contact someone else inside so they could open us. So in case of emergency there is no one close by the property to help out.

It felt very safe and was very clean. The manager was responsive over text message during our stay, though they weren’t physically present. Noise carried easily throughout the property, we could often hear doors opening and closing, and conversations/noise coming from other rooms, because of that, our room did not feel very private. I did appreciate how convenient the location was, there is a lot of great dining nearby, as well as nightlife. The bus makes it easy to visit the beach. This hotel is perfect for guests who plan to make the most of their time out and about while they stay.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Altstadt und somit sind Restaurants und Shops zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und entspricht den Fotos. Keine Rezeption, Zugang erfolgte durch einen Code mit de, die Tür geöffnet werden kann. Im Vorraum Gemeinschaftsraum u.a. mit Kühlschrank bin nur durchgehuscht. Ich konnte keinen Parkplatz am Haus mehr bekommen, der mir vorgeschlagene öffentliche Parkplatz ist am Hafen und kostenlos. Es sind von dort 5 Minuten, also kein Problem.

Mediterranean style with all you need
Nice and modern allodgement in the city center of Olbia. Comfortable stay close to shops, restaurants and bus stops. Kitchen with possibilty to bring your own breakfast and have a coffee from the coffee mashine. Jessica is very helpful (only contact online/by phone) and check in and check out was very effective and quick. Would definititely stay here again!

Soggiorno buono, ma da migliorare
Abbiamo passato una sola notte in questo alloggio e l'ho scelto per la posizione vicina al porto, dato che il giorno seguente avremmo dovuto prendere il traghetto molto presto. Nonostante tutto la posizione era scomoda perchè in ztl e bisognava fare il giro dell'oca per poterci arrivare, stando attenti ai varchi chiusi e aperti dell'area pedonale. Bisognerebbe segnalarlo nella descrizione, di modo da essere già preparati prima di arrivare. L'alloggio comunque era carino, con cucina in comune e camere con bagno privato, garage grande e una buona pulizia. La ragazza che lo gestisce è molto gentile e ci ha permesso di lasciare giù i bagagli nel garage un pò prima del check-in. Letto molto comodo, soggiorno abbastanza piacevole ma mancavano alcuni servizi, tipo la tv in camera, il phon (ho chiesto dove fosse perchè non lo trovavo e mi è stato risposto che non veniva fornito causa covid..assurdo! Allora anche la cucina in comune non avremmo dovuto usarla e nemmeno tutte le altre cose che c'erano in camera). Bagno senza nessun ripiano: non c'era posto nemmeno per appoggiare i beauty case. Non c'erano i porta sapone, nemmeno un bicchiere per gli spazzolini e neanche gli appendi asciugamani per la doccia o il bidet. Ho apprezzato invece le mini boccettine di shampoo e bagnoschiuma messe a disposizione per la doccia. Altra nota dolente: i bambini del condominio sul retro che urlavano fortissimo e facevano casino alla sera. Che dire: soggiorno ok, ma si può migliorare!
