Very Special Cottage In A Rural Landscape Surrounded By Ancient Rocks

Detached. Located on one hectare of gentle Sardinian countryside. A charming decor to make your stay a magical dream. Built from natural materials that will keep you in touch with the elements. The house was converted and restored by its owner. It has a wonderful fresh atmosphere with thick walls and a wooden beamed ventilated roof.
You will enjoy romantic and peaceful nights under starry skies. Cocktails on the veranda in front of multicoloured sunsets and surrounded by myrtle, wild olive and oak trees. For an invigorating holiday, with a sense of freedom.
The house is located in a very private and spacious spot.
The Mezzanine has a floor of precious wood and a king size bed. A double bed plus a single sofa-bed in the living room. Both double beds are made in bamboo with natural kapok mattresses that will enhance your sleep. The single bed is in teak. Two bright verandas overlooking the small town of Arzachena and the surrounding hills.
Bathroom with large tub/shower and a washing machine.
Kitchen is fully equipped.
WiFi. Small Smart TV.
Good mobile telephone reception.
There are between one and two kilometres of dirt roads. Not recommended for low sport cars.

Esta casa construida con mucho amor y cariño, cuidando todos los detalles está situada en una paraje precioso en medio de la naturaleza. Tiene unas vistas maravillosas y está muy bien equipada, tanto para disfrutarla por dentro como por fuera, ya que consta de varios sofás y tumbonas para descansar y disfrutar de la paz de los alrededores, mesas en el interior y exterior para comer cómodamente, una cocina muy equipada e incluso sombrilla y juegos para llevar a la playa. Fabiana es la mejor anfitriona que he tenido, siempre accesible al momento, dispuesta a ayudarte en todo y ofreciendo buenísimos consejos para descubrir la zona. Excelente!!! Muchísimas gracias por todo Fabiana! Repetiremos la experiencia

Beautiful, tranquil escape
Beautiful cottage, easy to get to from Olbia. Perfect for exploring Costa Smerelda or venturing further around northern Sardinia. For us though, the best part was simply relaxing on the patio with a nice glass of wine in the evening sunshine. Thanks Fabiana!

Wonderful house and very friendly owner
We booked very spontaneous and got immediately response. We were spending a week with family and a dog and had a relaxing time and everything we needed. Fabiana is very friendly and gave us space and we felt welcome and home there. Everything is clean and lovely in a Bali house style with place for yoga, cooking and with a beautiful bathroom with laundry machine ! In the evening there is a wonderful view on Arzachena ! The house is sourrounded by rocks and beautiful beaches are per car in 26 to 30 minutes distance! Shops are around and beautiful old Archäologie. I highly recommend this place, we had a wonderful time there ! Fabiana tells you everything you need to now about this area including the natural spring place to get fresh drinking water. The price is also very fair thankyou Fabiana

Häuschen im Grünen mit sympathischer Gastgeberin
Wir können uns den positiven Erfahrungen nur anschließen: Fabianas gemütliches Haus ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer spärlich bewohnten, sehr natürlichen Umgebung und man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf Olivenbäume und in der Ferne das Dörfchen Arzachena. Tagsüber tummeln sich niedliche Eidechsen im Garten. Fabiana war per Whatsapp immer erreichbar und hat sich rührend gekümmert, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Einziger Wermutstropfen war für uns, dass es nachts einige ziemlich aktive Hunde gab, die sich bellend ausgetauscht haben. Aber das ist wohl nicht immer der Fall. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen: Grazie, Fabiana!

Tasteful house in a beautiful landscape
The house is immersed in the beautiful and surprisingly green landscape of the Costa Smeralda. The hostess Fabiana is very accommodating and helpful in everything. There was even a printer which was very helpful... in the evening we really enjoyed sitting on the terrace and looking out over the countryside. Although there was a heatwave, it was comfortable inside the house. Our dog loved it as well - we will come back!

Nette Vermieterin und fairer Preis
Fabiana ist eine super nette Vermieterin, die bri Fragen sofort zur Stelle ist und gute Tipps geben kann. Sie wohnt auf dem gleichen Grundstück in einem weiteren Haus außer Sichtweite und kommt gelegentlich zum Blumengießen vorbei. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und ein Mietwagen ist daher Pflicht. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es mit dem Auto rund 10 Minuten, zum nächstgelegenen Strand etwa 25 Minuten. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sehr ruhig wie beschrieben. Es könnte lediglich etwas sauberer sein und das Bett ist nichts für Menschen mit leichten Rückenbeschwerden - hier wäre eine kleine Investition wünschenswert. Uns fehlte etwas ein Pool, sodass man vielleicht auch mal zwei, drei Tage zu Hause chillen kann und nicht immer fahren muss. Aber dass es den Pool nicht gibt, war ja vorher klar und daher gibt es natürlich auch keinen Abzug. Hierfür müsste man dann auch entsprechend mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist - zumindest verglichen mit anderen Unterkünften auf der Insel - in Ordnung und fair. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub an den Stränden der Costa Smeralda. Danke Fabiana - und alles Liebe! Theresia & Jan

Großartiger Urlaub
Wir waren zwei Wochen auf Sardinien und erlebten eine grüne und blühende Insel mit viel Charme und Ursprünglichkeit. Das Ferienhaus von Fabiana liegt abseits von jedem Trubel, nach etwas abenteuerlicher Anfahrt, sehr ruhig zwischen Olivenbäumen. In wenigen Autominuten ist man in den umliegenden Orten, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vom Hafenstädtchen Palau aus, fahren die Boote zur Inselgruppe La Maddalena, die man auf jeden Fall besuchen sollte. Wir haben ein kleines (Segel) Boot gewählt und der Ausflug war ein echtes Highlight des Urlaubs. Buchen kann man direkt im Hafen. Das Ferienhaus von Fabiana ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und Fabiana war jederzeit für alle Fragen zur Stelle. Sie gab uns viele tolle Tipps für Restaurants, Strände und es war immer nett mit ihr zu plaudern. Wir hatten eine wunderschönen Urlaub in Ihrem Häuschen und kommen gerne wieder!

Genussvoller Natururlaub
Wir waren als Paar mit Kleinkind in diesem Ferienhaus. Wir lieben die Natur, daher hat uns die abgelegene Lage fernab von jedem Lärm sehr gefallen. Trotzdem ist man in 20-30 Autominuten an vielen zauberhaften Stränden und Wanderwegen. Auch die Nähe zu dem historischen und lebhaften Dörfchen San Pantaleo ist für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder ein gemütliches Abendessen perfekt. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich lieb und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Grundstück und die Privatsphäre ist wunderschön. Das Häuschen ist mit sehr viel Liebe ausgestaltet. Es ist zwar einfach, aber traumhaft. Wir haben hier nichts vermisst und Ruhe, Natur und Sinnlichkeit gefunden. Ein Paradies für uns. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Die Idee vom balinesisches Haus in felsig, sardischer Landschaft ist fantastisch umgesetzt und hat uns alle Vier sehr beglückt. Sowohl die kunstvolle Innengestaltung und Ausstattung als auch die besonderen Plätze im Außenbereich haben's uns angetan, einfach traumhaft.Fabiana war uns eine herzliche, unkomplizierte, umsichtige Gastgeberin. Wunderbare Zeit - Wonderful time - Merveilleux moments.
Für uns hat es alles sehr gut gepasst. Die Lage in der Natur, das gemütliche Haus, die Terrasse mit bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten um die Natur und die Ruhe zu genießen. Fabiana ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, unkompliziert und sympathisch. Sehr empfehlenswert ! Everything went very well for us. The location in nature, the cozy house, the terrace with comfortable seating to enjoy nature and the peace. Fabiana is the perfect hostess, uncomplicated and personable. Highly recommended. Tout s'est très bien passé pour nous. L'emplacement dans la nature, la maison confortable, la terrasse avec des sièges confortables pour profiter de la nature et du calme. Entschleunigt und ruhig
Wer die Ruhe und Ursprünglichkeit liebt ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden, der nächste Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die wirklich herzliche Gastgeberin Fabiana hat uns sowohl vor unserer Reise als auch während des Aufenthaltes mit Informationen und Ausflugstipps versorgt. Wenn etwas fehlte (Kaffeemaschine) hat sie uns umgehend ausgeholfen. Die Mücken haben die Idylle etwas gedrückt, aber im Haus gab es Mittel dagegen. Das Haus ist liebevoll auf balinesische Art eingerichtet. W-LAN funktioniert perfekt. Vielen Dank Fabiana für die Woche in deinem Haus. Für uns aus der Großstadt ein bisschen zu ruhig, aber wer entschleunigt Urlaub machen möchte perfekt!

Wunderbares Haus und Gastgeberin! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die letzten Meter sind über eine Schotterstraße zu überwinden. Solange man kann keinen tiefen Sportwagen besitzt ist es kein Problem :)

Ein kleines Paradies
Das Einraumhaus (plus Bad) mit zweiter Ebene zum Schlafen ist perfekt ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert; die Eigentümerin, Fabiana, hat selbst dort gewohnt. Heute lebt sie im Nachbarhaus auf demselben Grundstück - aber außer Sichtweite, sodass die Privatsphären gewährleistet sind. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Checkout eine unkomplizierte und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Das Grundstück ist ganz umzäunt, sodass auch unser Labrador die Zeit seines Lebens hatte. Wir waren drei Wochen hier und werden gerne wiederkommen. Danke, Fabiana, auch für die Tipps für Strände, Sightseeing und Restaurants!

Wunderschönes alleinstehendes Häuschen auf dem Grundstück der Gastgeberin mit einem tollen Outdoorbereich mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es ist alles vorhanden was man im Alltag braucht. Die Gastgeberin Fabiana ist super herzlich und hilft einem bei allen Tehmen weiter, die Kommunikation war einwandfrei (perfektes Englisch). Wer Strände sucht und ausspannen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus in toller Lage
Gleich vorweg möchten wir sagen, dass Fabiana eine wunderbare Gastgeberin ist, die mit viel Aufmerksamkeit und Liebe für Ihre Gäste da ist. In Anschluss an eine schöne Woche in Cagliari haben wir zwei weitere Wochen in Fabinanas balinesischen Rückzugsort verbracht. Dieses Haus liegt eingebettet in der schönen sardischen Natur und bietet einen wunderbaren Fernblick auf die Stadt Archazena. Das Haus und die Umgebung bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Mit dem notwendigen Mietwagen erreicht man alle Ziele wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und wunderschöne Strände. Familienzeit in der sardischen Natur
Wir haben unsere sommerlichen 12 Tage in Fabianas Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Bereits vor Reiseantritt wurden wir bei den Planungen durch Fabiana unterstützt und haben wertvolle Tipps und Infos bekommen. Für unseren kleinen Sohn gab es vor Ort ein Reisebettchen, super hilfreich! Das Haus empfinden wir insgesamt als gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die zwei Terrassen und die verschiedenen gemütlichen Liegeflächen haben uns gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr angenehm und balinesisch hübsch gestaltet. Waschmaschine und W-Lan waren ein kleiner, feiner Luxus. Die schöne Lage in der Natur ermöglichte unserem Kind fast einen kleinen Abenteuerurlaub, indem jeden Tag neue Eidechsen, Gekkos oder ähnliches zu entdecken waren. Trotz der Abgelegenheit waren die für uns wichtigen Orte gut erreichbar, die Nähe zu San Pantaleo haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir möchten uns insbesondere noch einmal bei Fabiana bedanken, die durch ihre Herzlichkeit, Gastfreundschaft und Unterstützung für uns eine hervorragende Gastgeberin war. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in herrlicher Lage
Zu dritt haben wir einen herrlichen Urlaub hier verbracht. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht und die Terrasse mit Blick ist wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Idyllisches Haus in atemberaubender Umgebung
Liebe Fabiana Wir möchten uns nochmals herzlich bedanken, wir durften eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Dir in Deinem Haus verbringen. (Fabiana lebt in ihrem Haus auf dem gleichen Grundstück) Die Ankunft war perfekt organisiert und Fabiana von der 1. Minute an sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Herzliche Informationen über die schönen Strände, Orte, was und wie man Alles am einfachsten findet etc. Waren mal Fragen oder Ähnliches, blieb Fabiana immer erreichbar. Sardinien ist für uns immer eine Reise wert und mit dieser Vermieterin, diesem Haus in einer fantastischen und ruhigen Umgebung, haben wir einen weiteren, sehr positiven Grund mehr auf die Insel zurück zu kehren!
