The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet deposit: BRL 350.00 per stay
• Pet fee: BRL 100.00 per pet, per night plus a one-off BRL 50 cleaning fee
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: BRL 50.00 for check-in between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• A late check-out fee will be charged
• Housekeeping fee: BRL 50.00 per night; may vary based on length of stay and unit size
• Credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 11.1 per cent

This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB International, Union Pay, debit cards and cash. For guests' safety, the property includes a fire extinguisher, a security system and outdoor lighting in all accommodation.

• At check-in, parents or a legal guardian travelling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with a photo (for example, a passport). For international travels to Brazil, if only one of the parents is travelling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorising the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorisation, a judicial authorisation is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to travelling for more information.
• The seasonal pool will open in January and close in December.
