You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
NO. 32 with stunning views
Welcome to our gorgeous and tranquil town house. Tucked away in the streets of Olvera the stunning views from the terrace and panoramic rooftop access won’t disappoint 🌅
The space
The house is best described as a cozy two bedroom Spanish terrace where modern meets classic. A short break here is really good way to reset from the last couple of years, but it really is the view that makes the place special.
We have both a terrace and a rooftop viewing platform that you can access via a ladder. The deck chair and a hammock are available to use for sunbathing and rooftop star gazing where shooting stars are almost guaranteed (don’t forget to bring the wine before you get too cozy).
We have upgraded significantly since we purchased it a decade ago, of course help yourself to all the amenities. We do have proper wifi installed (finally) l, a dedicated work space, heat pumps/AC, a cozy fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful big bath, enough for two!
You have the entire house to yourself. It’s worth noting the terrace is accessed via the master bedroom.
Reme manages the place from next door and is on hand if you need.
For guests staying longer than 2 weeks we would expect you to pay for gas bottle replacement on leaving (€20). Hope that’s ok 👍🏼

Entire house is yours including a utility room with washer. We have bikes which can be used for €15 each per day or €20 each for a week. Make sure you check your happy with everything before launching yourself down the olvera hill! Seriously though, we provide this as a feature of the house and charge only for upkeep so cannot be held liable for any injuries. Damage or loss will be charged to guests. Hope that’s okay 👌🏻
There is parking outside the front. (It is on a decent slope so don't forget to put the brake on)

If you’re unhappy and or feel there is something that requires improvement, please don't hesitate to contact us. If it’s something that will improve other guests experiences the chances are we will sort it for the house.
