1 ladybug is good luck. 3 is annoying.
All very good except there were a bunch of dead ladybugs on the window sill and 3 live ones that accompanied me during my stay. I don’t mind a couple ladybugs hanging out on a lampshade but the dead ones should have been cleaned up during daily room service. Also my coffee pods didn’t get replenished. Had to goto front desk.

Hotels.com left us hanging
We showed up to learn that our reservation had been cancelled, this was despite us following up with Hotels.com earlier in the week to get their help in cancelling just the first night, and not the second night because we knew we would not make the first night. Hotels.com said they had done this, and refunded our first night only. But then the hotel marked us as a no-show, and said our reservation had been cancelled and there were no longer any rooms in the hotel.

I have never stayed in the hotel where backup power did not work. Power went out in the middle of the night. Elevators, emergency lights room access, phones, etc all not working. We had to pack, bring our bags down from 5th floor in pitch dark. Very unsafe.

Continued difficulty connecting with internet. I ended up having to go to a coffee ship to get connection. Was there for work, but, this made it difficult to get anything done. I'm hoping it was just the weather.

Will stay again.
I cannot say enough about the customer service during our stay. We are a Hilton family now. The only negative was how loud the room above you can be if you are on one of the lower floors- but the people above us were inconsiderate and stomping around arguing- only reflection on the hotel is the lack of insulation between the floors- the rest was all those guests. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay great and the rest of the time we were very happy. The pool was heated well and my kiddo played his heart out. This is our new go to hotel when visiting Olympia.

The property itself was amazing unfortunately the shampoo was fully gone in the room and there was food all under the couch as well as the couch being ripped. Other than that, it was an amazing place.
