Unique hotel for health conscious people
This hotel was a bit of a surprise. We were on a cross-country road trip and I had never heard of these hotels before booking. Our room came with workout equipment and space to work out, plus there were workouts on the tv. The room was super comfortable and had a great bathroom. Unfortunately there was only one good dining option within walking distance of the hotel. Also, when we booked, it said that the room came with a free breakfast; that was not the case and there was no real option to eat at the hotel. That's a bit disappointing when you are exhausted after a long day of driving and/or getting up early to begin another leg of the journey.

Hotel was nice and family friendly, staff was very friendly. Pool area was very loud (due to echo) but still nice and roomy. The wall by the shower in our room was water damaged/rotting and looked like it was starting to mold and there was a spot by our room in the hallway next to a winter that sank a few inches when one of the kids stepped on it. (Reported it to the front desk since thats dangerous for the guests) other than that it was a nice hotel! Room was big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids.

Our check-in was simple and the associate at the counter was very nice. However, we had to pay extra to park at the hotel we already paid to stay at. This hotel charges $15 per 24 hours. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that charged extra for parking. Also, our room had a damaged ceiling, that had been recently fixed with a large patch of new sheet rock, but the repair wasn't finished. The paint was peeling and the repaired area was not sealed. Our bathroom door handle was broken and the door would not shut all the way. The door also came off the track every time we opened or closed it. Our bathroom sink had mildew around the drain and both water fountains in the gym were absolutely disgusting. There were no sanitary wipes or spray to wipe down the gym equipment. Breakfast was not included in our stay. They did provide snacks, meals to order and drinks, but the prices were outrageous. I would think that that with the cost of food and parking, they could at least have a clean facility and provide rooms that are not under repair. I would not recommend staying at this hotel and I most certainly will not be staying here the next time I visit.

Great for families
This property is great option when you need a different type of accommodations for family situations. I appreciate bunk beds for my kids. The ice machines werent working on the floor so keeping extra ice on hand wasnt an option. I would say they need to improve monitoring the pools chemical levels. The water was imbalance and so cloudy you couldnt see your feet. The deck is too slippery. There are solutions that need to be made or someone could get hurt. I do wish there was more coffee supplies in the rooms than 1 coffee and 1 decaf in our room and no creamer options, but that is a personal preference. The staff is always nice.

Meh, not great
The room above us sounded like they were doing jumping jacks, ridiculously noisy, road noise constantly, ordered breakfast and waited about an hour to get it, there was one person cooking! Seeing they charge for literally everything you would think they could hire another person. The shower is decent but is not fully enclosed so water goes everywhere, you can see where they have tried patching the wall. Bed was okay but 3 pillows on an oversized king bed, really. Absolutely won’t stay again.

Room was very nice & very large. Came with workout equipment; tv had workout routines. Soap dispenser was empty. Excellent gym. Staff very pleasant. Parking is $15/day- *MUST HAVE PHONE TO SCAN CODE. Breakfast is a charge*. *These charges seem to br standard for downtown hotels

Fun and comfortable stay
EVEN Hotel is a fitness oriented hotel. There was even fitness ball, resistance band, yoga blocks in the room. We liked the ping pong table in the lobby. The bed and pillows were very plush and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was that the barn door styled bathroom door didn't completely close, which was a little bit annoying.
