From the time we arrived, until the time we left everything and everyone was amazing! The hotel, rooms, dining areas were all spotless, the staff were all so nice and helpful! Breakfast was beyond what we expect, absolutely delicious, and plenty of choices! Thank you, Anthony, Edward, Claudia, Daniel, and all the staff!!! We had the best time during our stay!!

My van was broken into and they basically said it wasn’t their problem. I had to pay for parking separately and was told the cameras didn’t show anything. That was it and who eve owns the parking lot needs to be responsible or have something in place for customer safety . What made it really was being parked right by the entrance

Our room was right next to the train tracks and was woken very early with passing train. In the bathroom sink was an used piece of floss and fuzz of some kind. Obviously not cleaned. Went to the sink in the morning and it has a few ants in it. Also had to pay for parking in the lot attached to the hotel.

The window wouldn’t close it was stuck open. Two people from the desk came and tried. Finally got it to close. Our room was non smoking, but it smelt so bad like smoke. The floor was even burnt, ashes everywhere. Our sheets stunk and had stains had to request new ones after checking in.

The staff--the night staff were the best!!! We had an issue with getting airplane boarding passes printed and the night clerk allowed me to use her computer because the printer at the public computer was out of order. Made my needs easily met. Great help for us.
