Affordable lodging.
Had a little bit of a problem finding it at first. Did not expect an apartment above a business. Clean facilities with all needed amenities. Apartment is on a loud and busy road, however, host did supply earplugs. Host very responsive to messages. Just wish futon was located in living room instead of in bedroom with other bed.

Great location, very spacious.
Great location. To get to the apartment you have to go up a steep set of stairs. The apartment is above a van rental shop. There is a lot of traffic but was not a problem for us. The apartment could use a deep clean but was overall clean. There were hardly any linens we could find but we made due. Communication with managers was excellent.

Cute apartment
Cute apartment, very clean, had everything you would need and was close to lots of activities in the area. A couple of downsides that we didn’t realize beforehand: if you have someone who cannot walk stairs this is not the stay for you— it’s an upstairs apartment with lots of stairs to enter. The other thing is it’s on a VERY busy street and the traffic is very loud all night. Neither of these things were the apartment managers fault, and we still had a great stay, 5 stars!

Nice Spot
We came to town for a football game and needed a place to stay overnight! It was definitely loud in the front bedroom and living room but the back bedroom was nice and quiet. However, they are very aware of this and provide every room with multiple sets of earplugs. The place itself is very easy to access and the home is very cute! It served us well for our overnight stay!

The apartment was great, the area was a little suspicious and there was a homeless man hanging out by my car asking us for things and the owner never responded to us. Other than that it was fine.

Our Stay
The apartment was very roomy and comfortable. Close to places that we wanted to visit. Host was accessible if we had any problems. It is on a noisy street and you have to climb a steep set of steps to access.

Nice place above a used car shop
Came into Omaha for a meeting and all hotels were booked. This was a nice place located next to a noisy road. Well appointed and a convenient location. This place works well in a pinch.

Very clean
Property was very clean and spacious but it is upstairs over a carlot and the traffic is very loud! If you have earplugs, you will be fine. Great place for the price!
