We stayed here for our 13th wedding anniversary and while the facility is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous, we canceled our return family trip because of the rude front desk agent upon my check in. I stood in the lobby looking around and he just stood there. No welcome, no greeting. I walked around looking for the front desk, only to discover in fact I was at the right place originally. When the clerk finally called me over, there was no smile or greeting again. This place is not cheap, and while we have no issue spending the money for quality places - service will always be top priority. Very disappointed as this is not the norm in Japan. The facility is beautiful but that first impression ruined it for me. I am a go to source for places to visit here, and I will not be recommending this place anytime soon.

The hotel is perfect, very spacious room with fabulous jacuzzi. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and tasty. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Okinawa again.

フロント、レストランのほとんどの方は丁寧な接客をされていました。ただ、プールの女性スタッフひとりの方の挨拶、受け答えなど、やる気がなさすぎてがっかりでした。 そして何より、宿泊する部屋に入った瞬間から、エアコンのカビ臭さ。吹き出し口奥にカビが付着していました。 フロントに言おうかと思いましたが、恐らくどの部屋も同じだと思い、部屋交換も諦めました。2台あるエアコンのうちのカビがひどい方はチェックアウトまで止めていたので、暑かったです。 また、ベッドもカビ臭く、建物全体が湿気が酷いのか、カビ臭い印象でした。 貸出アイテムにジャグジー用のライトがあり、いざ使おうとしたら、電池切れですぐに消えるなど、笑えました。 期間限定の花火だけは、期待以上で素晴らしかったです。 残念ながら、二度と泊まることはないです。 非常にコスパの悪い滞在となりました。

プールはあまり広くないですが、部屋のジャグジーが広くて気持ち良かったです！ 部屋も広くてゆっくりくつろげました。朝食は中華のバイキング料理でしたが、品数は多くないですが味は満足出来ると思います。 また泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。
