Large Unique & Artistic Lake Michigan Beach House / Awesome Game Room

Located at the very end of a beautiful private road, the Sand Castle Beach House is nestled between beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline and a gorgeous forest. The 3 acre private and exclusive lot features an expansive lake side yard that is level and ready for outdoor games. 2 grills on the large lakeside deck are ready for your vacation time. Laze in the chaise loungers or Adirondack chairs and listen to the waves lap the shoreline.

Please note that during the peak weeks of late June July and early August we have weekly rentals that are Friday to Friday. Please contact me about alternative blocks during that time.

The Sand Castle Beach House is newly renovated. Upgrades include all new birch hardwood floors, all new kitchen appliances, new furnishings and beds, and a new high end TV and audio system. The Owners goal is to provide high quality features from sheets to cookware.

The property features a master suite with a king bed and full bath. The full bath features a walk in shower and hot tub.

A lower level "game room arcade" features a slate pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and shuffle puck.

In late 2020, we upgraded to the fastest unlimited WIFI system available via satellite. We added a strong router to broadcast the signal all over the property- even outdoors.

Originally built in 1990, the home features very unique, contemporary architecture. The living room has a 30 foot cathedral ceiling with large windows that let light flow into the home all day long and provide striking views of the surrounding forest. Theres a loft that overlooks the living space from the second floor. The kitchen and master bedroom have amazing views of the shoreline and sunrises over Lake Michigan. The home features a thoughtful collection of art and some unique pieces.

With 4 comfortable and bright bedrooms and a 5th additional sleeping space in the loft, there's sleeping space for the whole family.

Experience the best that Wisconsin has to offer, without the long drive, at this pristine beach house only 40 minutes from Milwaukee and 2 hours from Chicago!

The Sand Castle Beach House underwent a $30,000 shoreline repair in the Winter of 2020, coupled with much lower lake levels. We now have a sandy beach back! As soon as the lake drops a little further, a walkway will be built down to the lower beach, providing easier access to the walkable sandy beach!!

Family Trip
We rented the house for a family trip. The house is large and has plenty of room for all. The house is in a perfect spot to watch the morning sunrise. It was nice to sit outside and use the fire pit. You can't beat the view at this house. The owner answers questions and is nice. We could recommend staying at this house.

Spacious and Comfortable Lake House
We stayed 3 nights for our annual family weekend. This lake house was perfect in size and comfort for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The view of the lake is stunning from beautiful sunrises to sitting on the patio under the stars and relaxing by a fire and listening to the waves. We visited state parks during the day and had fun in the game room in the evening. A perfect family weekend!

We stayed for a week and never left the house! There was space for everyone to stay comfortably and the lawn, beach and water were wonderful! My only suggestion is that you provide more towels. We will likely come back.

We spent the week at this property. The house is nice with plenty of room for the group. The views from the kitchen and deck were great and listening to the waves was relaxing. The exterior of property could use some attention, but overall, it was a good time.

Great gathering place!
We had a sibling reunion with 4 couples. There was plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed for family dinners. Love the location as it was nice and secluded. The backyard and the lakeview was the best! Peaceful morning breakfasts on the patio and evening drinks and stories by the firepit. Some even took a dip in the lake! We totally enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion we have is to provide more bath towels. There were 8 of us but we could only find 6 towels. Other than that minor detail, we loved our stay and would highly recommend!

We had plenty of room for 8 people, loved the outdoor area and view, and were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the house was (dishes, spices, extension cords, etc...). Girlfriends' getaway three night stay at this awesome property. The location is amazing - right on Lake Michigan with a sunrise view every morning. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the great room with the fireplace & lots of comfortable seating, including a dining table for eight - it was perfect. Lots to do in the area - we hiked in the dunes at Kohler Andrae state park, visited the art museums & dined in Sheboygan and spent a day in Cedarburg. We hope to return next year to do everything we missed. We had a great stay!

nice house, well appointed, comfy beds. Kitchen was well equipped, and location was beautiful... great views from kitchen and master bedroom, great walk out to the lake. nice game room in the basement, and lots of board games in the upstairs. Peaceful getaway
This lovely house truly has everything. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast every morning. Sitting by the fireplace every evening after returning from long walks at Kohler Park was lovely. The home is beautifully kept and very comfortable. Its set in the perfect spot on the lake with a spectacular view. We were lucky to have one day where the clouds opened up just enough for the most beautiful sunrise. House on Lake Michigan
Beautiful property nestled along the shoreline of Lake Michigan. We spent a chilly and wet October weekend at this house. We loved that they allowed our dogs. There was an outdoor hose to wash them off. The master bedroom had a beautiful view of the lake with a wall of windows located on the main floor. The second floor held the second and third bedrooms with a shared bath. The third floor held the fourth bedroom with its own bathroom. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed for preparing and sharing meals. The pans, dishes, knives, and kitchen tools were abundant and quality. The basement had multiple game stations that we used. There was a fire pit outside that we used the night it didn't rain. We couldn't figure out the gas grill but there was a charcoal grill with charcoal, lighter tube and fuel that we did use the first night. Overall, we'd stay there again. It was excellent.
