The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the patio accompanied by a woodfired pizza, BBQ or cheese platter. In less than a 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk you will find Byng St Cafe, St Josephs Church, Ferment Wine Bar, Cook Park, The Union Bank, Lolli Redinis (hatted) Restaurant, The Greenhouse of Orange + much more!

Hill Street Grab and Go is just a 2 minute walk down the avenue and Jaeger Park Reserve with a great kids playground and croquet field are about a 3-4 minute walk.

Our famous vineyards and cellar doors are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:
Fireplace & Firepit: this property has a fireplace and firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
