This impressive three bedroom cottage has been fully renovated throughout, providing a perfect blend of period features with modern living.

All bedrooms are bright with queen beds & high quality linen for the luxurious touch.

The open kitchen & dining area is flooded in natural light flowing onto the covered alfresco entertaining area. The home has a fenced yard so the kids can play and explore whilst you relax.

Heating & Cooling:
Our home has a woodfire place and a gas heater. Wood is provided for your stay from mid April to end of September. Each bedroom has a portable heater and split system air-conditioner in the main living area.

Parking:
There is space for parking in the driveway but there is also plenty of free street parking right outside the home.

Linen:
High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

The home is well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

Parrot Gin Distillery is a 10 minute walk from the home and is a great spot for gin tasting and woodfired pizzas!

Within 3-4 blocks you'll be strolling through Orange's CBD where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, boutique shopping, bars and parks,

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.
