The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Unwind in the living area where you can watch a movie, all whilst relaxing with a glass of wine in hand. Or why not enjoy a BBQ in the sunny courtyard.

THE LOCATION
This property is in a quiet area only 700m walk or a 2 minute drive to the City Centre where you will find some of Orange's best cafe's, restaurants, parks and bars. Within in 10 minutes drive you will have access to many of Orange's best vineyards and cellar doors. The Parrot Gin Distillery is only a short 3-4 minute walk away.
