Unacceptable

The hotel person told us wecould not get breakfast because the person who does breakfast got in an accident on their way to work- a lame excuse. It appeared that they housed social service clients. Not good. Ineed a $25 to pay for our breakfast, since it was included in the price.

Rooms were great, very clean. Comfortable beds. Amanda was who checked us in and she was excellent. She was very polite and easy to deal with. Bar opens at 5:30 and bartender was excellent and super nice. I for heated pool was great and very clean.

Bad furniture bad layout bathroom in front of bed with floodlights blindening you in middle of night when someone gets up to use bathroom as its not a opaque door… Breakfast so bad that poor or homeless wouldnt be able to eat … all in all worst property

WOW Factor!!!!

There was a WOW factor when we entered our suite. Much better than other comparable hotels. Very clean, modern new styling, and service with a smile. Yes I look forward to returning in the future.

Dirty hotel

Bathroom was very dirty. Hair on toilet seat, hair on floor and waste basket was dirty. Will not stay here again. Stains all over the couch.

The A/C-Heat did not work like it should. It was about 80 degrees in the room and when we turned it on cool, it just kept running (auto temp did not work) so then it was to cold, and there was no way to change where the vent blowed, so it was right at the bed!!! There was a light outside the room that the blinds did not block, so it looked like it was about 7am all night.
