There is an outside seating in the garden amongst the olives and only a few steps away for a swim in the crystal clear and clean waters of the Adriatic sea.There is an off shore mooring for small size speed boats in front of property. Short walk to local shops, restaurants, bicycle, boat and windsurf hire.
The apartment being positioned at the stunning backdrop of Mount Ilija is perfectly situated for scenic walks, cycling, hiking or just “time out” from stresses of everyday life. In contrast its waterfront location offers windsurfing, kitting, snorkelling, fishing, boating, sailing or swimming.

The location of our apartment is also very suitable for people of the older generation, particularly in May/June before the crowds arrive and again in September/October when the water is at its warmest, the restaurants uncrowded, the grapes ready for harvesting and the new season's wines available for tasting. The scenic long flat seaside road is very special for a stroll at any time of the day (or night).
A central location for excursions to medieval towns of Korcula(10min boat trip) and Dubrovnik(150km); Ston(55km) 14th century, 5km long fortification walls and the centuries old salt pans; boat trip to Mljet National Park; boat tour of Peljesac Riviera with stops for swimming on the islands of Badija and in Lumbarda; Mostar and Medugorje(pilgrimage site);Kravice spectacular waterfalls where you can swim in close by Bosna and Hercegovina an approximate two hour drive.
