Oceanfront, Amazing View, Hot Tub Facing Ocean

Sunset's don't get better than from the OCEANFRONT deck with HOT TUB of this 1985 home nestled in ARCH CAPE.

The 180 degree views span to the north including 'Tillamook Head' at Seaside and the Lighthouse off Cannon Beach and stretch south to Mill Creek in Arch Cape.

Enjoy cooking in this remodeled kitchen with all updated appliances and a gas range. This home sits on mainly 1 level with wheelchair access to the front door and the oceanfront deck. The close view of the ocean is spectacular and we have full length windows on the entire west side of the house facing the ocean (living and dining rooms). During high tide you can literally throw a rock from our back yard and hit the ocean and during low tide you can walk for miles on the beach. This home is beautifully laid out and has an atrium in the center of the house, providing lots of natural light and an open feeling. You can tell it is taken care of with a personal touch and is well stocked. Beach access, with a nice maintained path, is only one house down from us too!

Perfection
We stayed 4 nights and that was 361 days too short. EXCELLENT VIEW. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with decent pots and pans; who wants to go out to eat when you have that amazing view? Bring your groceries and burrow! Wood burning fireplace. Entire place is clean. Well thought out for large groups, there are two of each washer and dryer! Plenty of dishes and seating. Board games. Beach access is just one house and a short walk away. Very gracious hosts.

This house is amazing! The view is to die for and the house itself is very nice with comfortable beds and furniture. We spent the week of christmas and had family from Oregon and Washington come. There are a few things that we had issues with. The bbq that they supplied had an empty propane tank so we didnt get to cook on it and we wanted to use it and also we got an email telling us that a person comes over 2 times a week and puts chemicals in the hot tub and that the person would knock on the door to get let into the garage but no one ever showed up and the water level in the hot tub was really low so it made me believe that they are paying for service that isnt getting done so we only used the hot tub once. It wasnt very comfortable because of how low the water level was also we had a staorm come thru while we were there and we lost power Wednesday night and didnt get power back on until 7p thursday night. They have a fireplace there but they dont supply any firewood. I understand that natural disasters happen and i dont blame anyone for the power going out but i paid a premium p4ice for a 4 night stay and i would have thought that at that price they would have supplied some firewood so that we could have some heat incase the power goes out. Besides those issues the stay was amazing!

Another Excellent Vacation!
This was our second visit to this amazing beachfront home. It was, once again, phenomenal! Everyone was impressed with the house and the view. It is the perfect home base to travel out from to explore the Oregon Coast. The house is clean, well supplied, wonderfully decorated, and super cozy! One afternoon, we enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching a huge pod of whales feeding/breaching, and outright jumping up out of the water! In all our years of visiting the Oregon Coast, we have never seen this type of whale activity. They were with us for most of one day, and part of the next. It was the best entertainment of our trip. I always sit out on the deck in the early, dark morning hours enjoying the sky, stars, and other features, taking pictures and meditating. The lack of light pollution allows you to see the sky in it's real and natural state. Beautiful! The constellations were on full display in the clear, bright sky. This house, and it's view, is amazing. We feel so blessed to have been able to stay here a second time.

This was our 4th time renting this property. The house and views of the ocean are beautiful. A few things would make our stay even better. The internet needs to be stronger. Towels need to be replaced.

Perfect Location
This home is beautiful, modern, open floor plan, with floor to ceiling windows to the ocean. Being on the deck made you feel you were on the beach with out having to walk the short distance to the beach. Quiet Beach. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Toto Cannon Beach.

This location was fantastic. Close enough to places like Cannon Beach to visit often, but away from the crowds with your own beautiful mile of private beach, tide pools and rock formations to explore. Hard to beat sitting out on the deck or relaxing in the hot tub while looking at the ocean surf.

Yearly Beach Trip
We'd never stayed at Arch Cape before - we loved it. This is a beautiful beach and just a few minutes from Cannon Beach, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. We were able to bring our dogs and the beach was just a house down to the trail. This is a beautiful property and we have already rebooked.

We love this location!
We have stayed in this great house for two years now and have made reservations for next year. The house isnā€™t gorgeous from the street but it hides the super interior. The view is spectacular, the great room large and comfy, the kitchen well-appointed and the beds comfortable with cozy linens. Weā€™ve stayed at several dozen homes since 1996 and this is our absolute favorite!
