The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker, raclette machine, kettle, toaster, etc. You will also find a Smart TV to relax, stay updated with the news, or "cast" your favorite programs.

Bedroom:
In addition to the sofa bed, the apartment features a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) suitable for adults (French bedding), offering a total of four sleeping arrangements.

Bathroom:
The brand-new bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. A hairdryer is provided, and towels are included for your convenience.

Other Amenities:
The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for fast and free internet access. We also provide essential equipment for toddlers, such as a travel cot and a high chair, ensuring the whole family feels at home. Board games are available to liven up your evenings.

Within 20 minutes, thanks to ultra-modern gondolas, you can reach the summit of Val Thorens at over 3,200 meters altitude!

The accommodation is also near other Maurienne ski resorts, such as Valmeinier (20 min), Valloire (30 min), Les Karellis (30 min), Val Cenis (40 min), and many more! Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne is only 20 minutes away by car, offering numerous amenities and local attractions: supermarkets with gas stations, banks, train and bus stations, cinemas, cheesemongers, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, dentists, and various shops.

Access:
Located in the Maurienne Valley, the apartment offers easier access than the Tarentaise Valley during peak travel periods. Orelle, a small family-friendly resort, provides high-quality snow clearance throughout the winter. The apartment is just 5 minutes from the highway interchange and 1 hour 45 minutes from Lyon and Geneva airports and TGV train stations. You'll avoid mountain roads and traffic jams, with free parking available.

Important Information:
- Need to accommodate more people? No problem, we can book you into the "Lodge," with 1, 2, 3, 4, and up to 7 apartments, offering a total of 44 beds. Just ask us!
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and towels are included in the booking.
- A security deposit of €500 will be requested via Swikly, a reliable and secure online guarantee system. No amount is debited from your bank card, and your card's limit is not affected.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- During the winter and spring school holidays, arrivals and departures are scheduled for Saturdays (arrival from 4:00 p.m., departure before 9:00 a.m.).
- The apartment may not be easily accessible for people with reduced mobility (presence of stairs, apartment on the fourth floor).

Lovely new apartment
Appeared to be a newly refurbished 1 bed top floor apartment. Clean and well equipped. Good communication with pleasant responsive rental agents, easy to find and very close to the lift upto the mountains for skiing. Happy with everything. No lift for luggage but this wasn't an issue for us.
