Caribbean Dream is a gorgeous apartment on Orient beach, facing the sea.
Located in a beautiful Caribbean style residence with a large swimming pool, you are both directly on the beach of Orient Bay and 2 minutes walk from the village square and its small shops: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, small bars ...

The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 2 couples or a family with 2 children.

When you enter the apartment, you will be charmed by the magnificent view of the sea through the large windows of the living room and the kitchen.
You will enjoy the covered terrace to have your meals or to chill out in the outdoor living room. You also benefit from a small garden!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and a classic machine and everything you need to cook.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with toilet.
In the second bedroom, you can choose the king size bed option or 2 small separate beds (see pictures with yellow cushions) according to your needs.
The second bathroom is facing the bedroom, and the toilet is separate.

Situé dans une belle residence de style caribbéen avec une grande piscine, vous êtes a la fois directement sur la plage de la d'Orient bay et à 2 mn a pieds de la place du Village et de ses petits commerces : restaurant, supermarché, boulangerie, petits bars...

L'appartement est très spacieux, parfait pour 2 couples ou une famille avec 2 enfants.

En entrant dans l'appartement, vous serez charmés par la magnifique vue sur la mer par les grandes baies vitrées du salon et de la cuisine.
vous aurez plaisir a profiter de la terrasse couverte pour prendre vos repas ou bien lézarder dans le salon extérieur. Vous bénéficiez aussi d'un petit jardin!

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur , un lave linge séchant, un lave vaisselle, un machine a café Nespresso et une machine classique et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
La chambre principale possède un lit king size et une salle de bain attenante avec toilettes.
Dans la seconde chambre, vos pouvez choisir l'option lit king size ou bien 2 petits lits séparés ( voire photos avec les coussins jaunes) selon vos besoins
La seconde salle de bain est face a la chambre, et les toilettes sont séparées.

Paradise in Orient Beach
We just loved staying at Caribbean Dream apartment in St Martin. Everything is new and clean right across the road from the beautiful beach of Orient Beach. We had plenty of space to relax and enjoyed the large yard and easy access to the pool. It was a short walk to town with over 8 restaurants and even a French bakery . The management answered quickly and helped with all my questions . thank you Moune for a great vacation we will be back

Wonderful property! Great location with easy walking distance to the beach and village. Had all the amenities you need for a vacation- large kitchen with all appliances, large family room and large patio! Property managers, Moune and Dominique were awesome- met us when we arrived, went through how to use everything in property and met us to check out right on time! Would definitely rent again

Perfect for us
We are 2 senior citizens who enjoy visiting St. Marten often. Our stay was for 2 weeks. This property had everything we needed especially being on the ground level. Our front yard was Orient Beach. We were met at the apartment by the manager and given a tour. Communication with the manager, Moune and her husband made our stay enjoyable. They answered all our questions and were able to come over immediately if we needed their help. The apartment is ideally situated not only across from the beach but a very short walk to all the amazing restaurants and market in Orient Village. For anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in St Martin, this is it.

Appartment perfect - but water problems on french side
Our fourth trip to SXM. Appartment as described and really nice. Moune and her husband perfect hosts. But this year really water problems on french side. During 17 days only two days with water full running. So better contact first Moune before booking and ask for appartments with a cistern.
