This gorgeous pool home is located in one of the closest areas from Disneyworld in a quiet and desirable community: Indian Creek. And if you feel like staying at home and having a rest, you will enjoy the pool and its amazing view on the lake and conservation area, but also the game room. Each room has a TV for lazy nights after a buzzy day in Orlando. Your choice is easy: book this villa. You won't regret it. **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Perfect home from home
Property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable and perfectly located for the Disney parks. Beds were comfy, showers were hot. Pool was great to relax in after a hot day in the parks. Definitely recommend.

Good stay
Was surprised how cold the pool was and thought the price paid to heat it for literally 2 days was crazy. If the pool was as hot as they gave room it worked been perfect. Still waiting on my deposit to be refunded. Sink in master bath didn’t drain well, air hockey didn’t work and the ice maker literally made maybe 10 cubes an hour so we had to purchase ice. Stopping the beds as part us the instructions was a guest for us at any rental property. Overall I would stay again and just know what to expect.

In serious need of some TLC
I gave the property a 3 overall. I'm going to list the pros and cons and let you decide for yourself. Wish I could post my own pictures. The photos listed id accurate in the lay out but shows a newer, cleaner version. I am all about clean and was disappointed. I should of read deeper into the reviews. Pool heat was worth paying for. Regrettably I would not choose the property again. Pros: Close to Disney, close to restaurants and groceries. Plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood. Stocked kitchen. Cable. Easy check in process. Yann was nice Cons: It smelled musty or like it had been smoked in. The showers and shower curtain were moldy. Dust was all over the flower decor. Jet tub in master had mold on jets. Rusted and broken blinds. The pleather on the kitchen chairs was severely peeling off/missing. Couch was filthy. The back of house patio area around doors needs a good bath. Directly behind the house and pond is a highway so your view is of the pond and a constant flow of traffic. The traffic was loud from the main bedroom. When we turned on the ice maker water leaked on the floor. The larger beds were not comfortable but I suppose that is subjective. Wherever you choose to stay enjoy your vacation.

Here is the good, bad, and ugly about this property. The good: Communication with the host was clear and professional. Everything was provided with due process. The property is in a convenient location with access to anywhere you want to be. There is also a nice walking path around the lake that is easily accessible and gives to a nice after dinner walk. The pool is well kept and heated well enough. Washer and Dryer work great! The bad and the ugly: The home needs some TLC right away: + There is black stuff on the ceilings by the vents + The black chairs in the breakfast nook are peeling from age (property manager said they were being replaced but not during our stay) + The master bath shower has age mold in the caulking and water key + It smelled musky in 2 of the 4 rooms + The sheets and pillow cases all smelled funky and had to be washed before use. + The linens in the master closet, which have a note that are for the next guest smell the same (so wash them if you stay here) + The floor had sand/dirt and in the bathrooms all the floor boards had thick dust (like dust bunnies stuck after wet) + The mop a broom in property had to be replaced, we purchased new and property manager reimbursed the total for the items $15. + If we could charge the owner for our time cleaning it we would. + Patio table and 1 patio chair have bent legs. We decided not to eat outside to avoid them breaking on us. + Checkin forms require you to sent a picture of your driver's license and a picture of you holding the license. I get why and applaud the idea but they need a secure way to send this sensitive information, not email. People from California would scream California Privacy Protection Act from the top of their lungs. If these things don't bother you, it is a good place to stay and is in a quiet neighborhood. Once the owner addresses the much needed maintenance it would be a good place to stay but as is there are better options out there.

Comfortable and convenient
We stayed here for our visits to Universal and Disney. This property is clean and comfy with plenty of room to spread out for our family. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We will stay here again! Only about 20 minutes to the parks, and plenty of good restaurants and stores nearby.

My stay at 2539 Oneida Loop
Very clean property, furnished with all you need for a comfortable stay. My family and I really enjoyed the pool. Due to it being just a 3 night stay it was very pricey to enjoy a heated pool but the kids still enjoyed the pool. The beds and couch were a little hard and uncomfortable but nothing to unbearable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and the entire process was very smooth with Vrbo. I will definitely use them again.

A few little things
We had a little trouble with the lock. I called tge after hours number and got an immediate call back. I also noticed what seemed to be blood the the master bedroom. I contacted the hosts and they did send someone to clean it. The pool area needs some work. Dirty cushions for the deck chairs, dirty pool, weeds growing all over. The pool was freezing and we used it a whole 20 minutes during our stay. The location of the house is perfect. The house could be cleaned a little better, or even leave something to clean it with. No staples, coffee fliters, salt and pepper. Understandable but we left them for the next guest.

Perfect home away from home!
This rental was fantastic! Between location, spacious house, all amenities needed, and a pool our family was set! Kitchen comes well equipped with everything you will need to cook. My daughters loved the different themes of the rooms and actually swapped comforters and chairs to make their room feel like their own. Haha! We had no issues with noise even with I-4 very close. We ate breakfast by the pool every morning and wound down at night in bed with Netflix or Disney+. The ONLY change I would make to our vacation is next time paying for pool heat. We are from Wisconsin, therefore I figured we’re use to swimming in cold temps. Wrong move! Brrrrr! It was 70-80’s during our stay, but the pool was too chilly to enjoy. I have recommended this property to many friends already and plan to book again for our next trip to Orlando.

Very clean, spacious, great area.
Great location. Close to all Disney and Universal parks. Plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. Anytime I had a question or concern I received a response back right away. House was very clean. Only issue we had was not sure why the wifi turned off the day before we left so we couldn't watch tv or use wifi for anything the entire day. I would just say to maybe update the patio furniture and kitchen chairs. (The material on the chairs were peeling off) We will definitely look into staying here again next time we come down and rent a house.

Start the washing machine? & Garbage to road or be fined
Not what I expected, not included in the contract asked to not move a.c. thermostat below 73 after arrival, supposed reading said 73 but felt like 80 , game room felt like 120 degrees, dust all over the outdated fake plants, and found a wireless camera installed on top of t.v. Where they spying on us? Finally asked to pick up linen before departure and start 1st load, oh & a must recycle ,take out the trash or be fined . WTH?????

-House was clean -Super close to Disney parks 👍🏽👍🏽 -Only complaint was that when we arrived at 5pm (check in was 4pm) the cleaning lady was still there cleaning, we were accommodated with a later check out time for the inconvenience which was nice. -We would definitely book again if we did another Disney trip, but it wouldn’t be my first pick if I was looking purely based on vacation homes, everything (amenities) were pretty basic/older there, but the main appeal for us was the vicinity to Disney.

House was just as pictured. Rooms were clean, the master bath was huge with a nice big tub. The mattresses were a little worn but not bad. Definitely could have used some washcloths and soap. They certainly do not provide much for essentials like soap or toilet paper. The pool was great, we enjoyed the outdoor space.

Owner was very friendly, and place was clean but pool heat an issue.
We paid extra money to heat the pool and we may have had 2 days where it actually worked. It was not on when we arrived and the owner quickly came and turned it on but their was no time for it to warm up for us the first day. Then we noticed it still wasn’t warming during the week and unable to use it again. We called and when we got back to the house it still was not working. We were told we would be refunded for the heat so waiting to see what happens. On the good side great location to the parks in a very quiet neighborhood.
