Las camas son de mala calidad y se hunde provocando dolor de espalda. Las toallas proporcionadas estaban en muy malas condiciones. El depósito inicial de garantía no te lo devuelven oportunamente ni completo, se valen de cualquier excusa para descontar. El colmo fue que me descontaron casi US$50.00 supuestamente por toallas manchadas y en la foto no se perciben las supuestas manchas y dicen que eso reportó el inspector y que no se ven por el flash. Me siento engañada y dan un pobre servicio al cliente. No lo recomiendo. He viajado varias veces y es la primera vez que enfrento esta situación de engaño.
