Enjoy your stay in this beautiful and modern 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom single story villa located inside the guard gated resort community of Windsor Hills. A 12 minute walk to the Windsor Hills clubhouse, waterpark and pools. Just 3 miles from the steps of Disney World and close to all other parks and amenities. We invite you to be our guest!

Pull into your very own private driveway upon arrival and walk through the front door into your home away from home. The open concept living room is centered around an 82" 4K smart TV with a PS5 for all your entertainment needs. An air hockey table is right next to the space so you can play a quick game while waiting for everyone to get ready or while waiting for food to cook in the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or grab a quick bite to eat before heading out the door. Dining table has seating for 8 and counter seating for 4.

Outside the wall of sliding glass doors is an enclosed pool and spa for relaxation after a long day at the parks or a simple stay-at-home getaway.

The garage game room includes a pool table and a 125-inch drop down projection screen, surround sound, and comfortable seating for 9 with air conditioning.

All four bedrooms are on the same level and consist of two king master bedrooms with private en-suites, a princess themed room with two twin beds for your little princesses, a Mickey themed room with two twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with 50" smart TVs and cable.

Great Vacation Home!
My family of four (two adults, two kids ages 6 and 14) absolutely loved this vacation home. Beyond spacious, clean and the pool and hot tub (heat included) was absolutely amazing especially since we stayed during a cold snap. This home had everything you'd need for your stay, although you will likely need to pick up some extra supplies if you have a longer stay planned (paper products, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc.) The waterpark, pool and clubhouse was great the one day we were able to use it (due to cold weather). Wendy the property manager was AMAZING and very responsive. Close to all restaurants, shopping, parks etc. Would highly recommend this property to any families visiting the area.

Amazing property
We had a great short stay! Wendy was excellent to communicate with and the house was better than we imagined! Wendy was able to squeeze us in last minute when our other house cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours before we were to arrive! The kids loved the warm pool, air hockey table , pool table and home theatre! Next time we are back in Florida we are skipping the Disney stay and just booking here! Windsor hill is also an excellent gated community to stay in, the convenience store, take out restaurant, warm pool, slides and Arcade / Theatre are all added bonuses!

Our family just stayed here for our holiday to Disney World and Universal Studios, and it was fantastic! It’s the perfect house to share with extended family. Our family of 4 shared the house with my in-laws and we all had plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, the theatre room, pool table, video games and air hockey table were so fun! We used the outdoor pool and hot tub daily after a long day. We also found it’s a great location from Disney, Universal, shopping, restaurants and the grocery store. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Overall was a fine place to stay, the four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were great. Pretty much everything we needed for our 8 day stay. A few things I would recommend to the owner or management company: All the TVs were logged into with personal accounts from previous guests. Was a pain to figure out how to log them off so we could use them, there are two or three remote for each tv so a bit complicated. The grill is not in very good shape, was dirty and the bottom covered in grease and started on fire.

Perfect vacation home!
I brought my family down for a week, our house was perfect. The home was clean and It had all of the necessities to make you feel at home while you stay. The neighborhood exuded a sense of safety as well as offering so many things to do, you wouldn’t have to leave the property if you didn’t want to. We will definitely be coming back next year!

The house was exactly as described, and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance, pots pans,dishes and kitchen gadgets you would ever need. Outdoor grill was easy to use. We had a great time, and tried out the resort amenities as well.

Love the location
Property is in a great location. The property manager and owner was very responsive. I forgot to add a driver name to the reservation and without it, he couldn’t drive on property. I sent a message and Wendy called me back. She fixed it right away 😊. The property was clean and spacious for our group. One thing that I would upgrade is the bed in one of the bedrooms as it is extremely low to the floor. The other couple was uncomfortable. Another thing is the AC. The property owner has a sign by the thermostat saying not to drop AC below 72 degrees as it might freeze the unit. We adhered to it but suffered at night. The house got hot. Other than that, the stay was ok.

Perfect stay
We had a wonderful stay in the house as a family with 2 small children plus grandparents. It was the perfect location for all Disney parks, and so handy having the extra shared pool and water slides. The house was well maintained, we had 1 small issue which was fixed very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Easter family break
Great property within easy reach (20 mins) of Disney world entrance. Very well equipped kitchen and ample linen and towels etc. Wendy was very informative and answered all of my sometimes silly questions immediately. Check in was easy and we were provided with very detailed instructions for getting to the property and expectations for our stay. Overall a fab experience which could have only been better if we had stayed longer as 9 nights was nowhere nearly enough time to get the full Orlando experience and therefore we did not make full use of this lovely house. Thanks Wendy for being a great host we would definitely recommend this house. My only suggestion would be some basics on arrival would be an added bonus like milk, water, tea and coffee as we arrived very late and Walmart was not the first place I wanted to visit!!

Great stay!
We really had a fantastic time. The place was wonderful and exactly what we wanted. It had everything we needed and looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. For us, the pool/spa heat wasn’t working for the first part of our trip so that was a bummer for our 4 year old who wanted to swim. BUT they were extremely responsive and came out to fix it as soon as possible. So we were able to swim on our last day thankfully. We were a really quick and easy drive to Animal Kingdom and easily got groceries and food delivered right to our door. There were MANY playgrounds within walking distance, including one right across the street. They had all the amenities we needed with kids and everything was in great shape. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spot in Orlando!

Excellent rental house for Disney vacation
We had an exceptional stay at this house. We’ve been going to Disney every year for the past 18 years (except during Covid). We typically stay in a Disney villa. We decided to book a house off Disney Property this year because we wanted additional space and the cost of the Disney villas has gotten way too high for what you get. The house was immaculately clean and well furnished. The location was great and we really liked the neighborhood. We had a small issue arise with the pool heat, but management handled it the next day. We decided this was our best Disney trip to date! We will definitely rent this house again
