The actual property was VERY GOOD! The accommodations were comfortable, updated, clean and pleasant. The location is great for WDW access and a Walmart Superstore is just a block away!
However, the communication with the management company was AWFUL. They gave us wrong codes for the unit, WiFi, pool, gym and bathrooms at the pool. I called FOUR times to get updated codes...1. Late at night on our arrival to get in the unit--very frustrating! 2. To get the WiFi access codes after we actually arrived inside. 3. To get the pool/gym access code but the one they gave me did open the pool -- but I unfortunately didn't also check the gym...and it did NOT open the gym or the pool bathrooms. 4. So we called a FOURTH time to get the gym and bathroom codes and they said they had no other codes to provide and there was nothing they could do until the next day (which was after we left).
And, on the second call I asked for washcloths since NONE were in the unit...they never arrived.
The TVs in the unit are difficult to operate and have different service for TV and streaming.
