Has free parking on their site with Apple Maps but will not honor if booked through Expedia. Very frustrating and showed no empathy. Rooms are very small and confined. Gave bare minimum for towels and towelettes. Make sure if booking here you ask the desk for more. Only one elevator was working for majority of the stay with hotel booked almost at capacity. Causing for long line and wait times to get to and from room and enjoying your vacation.

I had a terrible experience with Aloft Hotel. I booked my room well in advance, but when I arrived, they informed me that there were no rooms available! No prior notice, no solution, nothing. I was left stranded, trying to find another place to stay at the last minute. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust this hotel with any future bookings. Stay away!

Never expected you now have to pay/ are charged for parking on hotel property!! This hotel has the facade of an " upgrade " but in reality they cut corners to slap some decor up to look fancy. Our room was ok for a place to sleep but nothing special. Our complimentary toiletries ( shampoo) in shower was empty and the liquid creamer for coffee in room curdled when it hit my coffee .. gross. The front desk staff seemed bothered and short when inquiries about the parking or other questions .

Service staff were condescending most all days. We had a really nice person serve us at the front counter on Monday though. The plus of the hotel is its location. That would be the only reason I would stay there again.

The front desk staff are amazing especially at night they were so attentive and helpful ! The area was great we walked to eat at different places and Ubers were also fairly affordable from the hotel . The room was nice and clean upon arrival . Only concern the housekeeping did not come during our stay so our room trash kind of piled up .
