Amazing villa close to Disney with 5* Reviews

This Stunning Florida villa is situated within a gated community called Linfield Reserve; this community is very select and consists of only sixteen villas. There are many restaurants within easy reach of the villas (to many to list ). This area is very sought after thanks to not only the close proximity to the Walt Disney World Resort only a few miles away, but also for the standard and size of homes located in this area. The quarter acre plots of landscaped gardens are maintained monthly to keep the small exclusive estate looking its best. You will be thirty minutes from universal studios and island of adventure and about the same for sea world. Disney parks are a short 10 minute drive from the villa
This spacious villa has many modern and special features, Including air conditioning throughout, secure entrance to the estate via electronic gates (a number will be given to you for entry),king bedroom with a memory foam mattress ,queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom all bedrooms are en-suite. the villa is mostly on one level so ideal for wheel chairs. The private indoor open courtyard pool and Spa is unusual for a Florida villa in design as it is in the center of the building not attached to the rear of the property as most villas have. This gives total privacy while using the pool, spa, and pool deck areas. The villa also has a garage with slate full size pool table ,arcade console,PS4, table tennis and dart board, plus a private drive.

UPDATE -- a Ring doorbell has been fitted to add extra security to the front door and a camera has been fitted to the outside of the pool door area please note this camera is only for security purposes and is only showing the outside of the property.

Such a dream!!
I want to start by saying Tracey was an amazing host!! The house was very accommodating and pictures don’t do it justice. The pool was amazing as I seriously thought our kids were going to turn into mermaids! This is a great house with accessibility to the pool through so many sliding doors. My husband and I were even able to watch the kids from the bedroom to watching tv in the living room. (Of course, the ones that can swim). I would highly recommend her rental house to anyone and hope to stay there again in the future!! Ohhh and the pool table was definitely a +++!! Thank you.

Perfect family vacation spot
We absolutely loved the layout and location of the house! Not to mention all the extras they provided, such as towels, linens, games, radio, cooler, beach chairs, pool toys, and more. The pool was perfect at the end of a long day at Disney. My 5 year old son kissed the driveway in thanks when we left. He already wants to come back! I would definitely come back next time we’re in Florida!!

Spring Break Trip
This home was an amazing place to spend Spring Break. It was close to everything we wantes to do. The pool and hot tub were clean, the perfect temperatures to enjoy, and great for lounging around by. The home was clean with all the amenities we could want. The game room was a big hit with the teens who loved that they could have a pool table or ping pong to play. The beds were all comfortable and clean as well. Having the separate suite for grandparents to have their own space was also a fantastic feature. This is our second stay in this home. We had the best trip making memories at this home and will definitely look to book in the future.

The house sits on the corner in the middle of a very small community. It was peaceful and quiet. The house is beautifully maintained with a well organized kitchen. The pool area was private and we used it and the hot tub daily. One of the suites is detached from the main part of the house adding privacy and a nice retreat from the kids.

The owner is very responsive and honest. Any questions we had were immediately answered. The property is very well maintained and clean. It is in gated community and very safe. The pool and hot tub are heated (optional), which made for a wonderful treat from the cooler days that we happen to get this visit. Definitely worth a look if coming to the Orlando area!

This place was great. It was about a 15 minute drive to any of the parks at Walt Disney World. We used Uber to beat the long lines and fees for parking. The hot tub was great for after the long lines and walking in the parks. There was a shortage of towels in the master bath and guest room and no other toilet paper then what was provided on the stand. It is a beautiful home and very grateful to be able to stay at this home. I would recommend the location and would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home!
This was my husband and my fourth stay at this wonderful villa. We actually live only half an hour away and still chose this location for our get away. Many restaurants close by and never had a problem finding something to do. The private pool is a great plus, too. We will continue to visit this property in the future.

We absolutely loved the house. They lay out is perfect and it is so comfortable. The pool and hot tub are conveniently located outside the doors and are completely covered for privacy. Location of the villa is excellent. You are a 5 min walk if that from a petrol station for any snacks etc.. Very close to a number of restaurants also. Neighborhood is very quiet. I always felt safe and secure in the house and the lock-able bedroom doors was an added security barrier. Everything was working fine. Only reason i have marked as 4 star is on our last night my boy had some ice cream in the double bedroom, he left the empty bowl for 10 mins and in that time it was absolutely covered in very small bugs. We didn't have a very nice sleep that night knowing they were in the room somewhere. If it wasn't for this issue i would definitely returned here as it was a great villa.
